Abstract: A novel pyridine derivative compound is provided to secure excellent anti-cancer activity by having excellent topoisomerase I and II inhibitory activity, thereby being usefully used as medicines for treating and preventing cancer diseases. A pyridine derivative comprising an aromatic ring is represented by the formula(I) and is prepared by reacting a pyridinum iodine compound represented by the formula(II) with a ketone compound represented by the formula(III) in the presence of a base such as potassium hydroxide. In the formulae, each R1 and R2 is independently a thiopen-2-yl or a thiopen-3-yl, which is substituted or unsubstituted with R', R3 is a 5- to 7-membered aromatic ring, which is substituted or unsubstituted with R", or a hetero-ring substituted with at least one hetero atoms selected from the group consisting of N, O and S, and each R' and R" is independently a substituent selected from the group consisting of H, halogen, C1-3 alkyl and alkoxy. The pharmaceutical composition for treating and preventing cancer diseases comprises the pyridine derivative compound or a derivative thereof as an effective ingredient and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier or an excipient.

Abstract: 본 발명은 천식 또는 알러지성 질환의 예방 또는 치료용 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 삼백초(S
aururus chinensis ) 추출물을 유효성분으로 포함하는 천식 또는 알러지성 질환의 예방 또는 치료용 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 조성물은 호산구의 유주를 억제하고, 천식과 관련된 에오탁신(eotaxin)의 유전자를 억제하며, 또한 각종 알러지 및 천식질환의 원인이 되는 리폭시게나제(5-LO, 5-lipoxygenase)의 활성을 저해하여 염증성 에이코사노이드(eicosanoid)의 생성을 방지함으로써, 천식 또는 알러지성 질환의 예방 또는 치료에 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
