Abstract:
PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing fluoreresin/carbon nanotube nanocomposite based on latex aggregation method and a conductive film using the same are provided to maintain the superior material property of carbon nanotube by uniformly dispersing the carbon nanotube on a fluororesin. CONSTITUTION: A cationic surfactant is selected from a group including cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide, dialkyldimethyl ammonium chloride(DDAC), imidazolium salt, ester-containing quaternary ammonium salt(EQ). Carbon nanotube is dispersed in an aqueous solution using the cationic surfactant. The carbon nanotube dispersed in the aqueous solution is dispersed in a dispersion solution. Fluororesin/carbon nanotube composite is obtained based on a latex aggregation process at temperature more than the glass transition temperature of a fluororesin.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: An asbestos waste fuse-processing apparatus is provided to fuse-process waste formed with asbestos waste, fly ash, and floor materials using a plasma torch transferring electrical energy into heat energy. CONSTITUTION: An asbestos waste fuse-processing apparatus comprises the following: a waste insertion unit(100) for inserting waste formed with asbestos waste, fly ash, and floor materials; and a plasma fuse-processing unit(200) plasma-fusing the waste to form slag. The plasma fuse-processing unit includes a fusing furnace(210), a plasma torch(220) connected to the upper side of the fusing furnace to form heat energy, and a power supply unit(230) electrically connected to the plasma torch.

PURPOSE: A preparing method of a zinc oxide nano rod using a plasma jet, and a photocatalytic activation of the zinc oxide nano rod using thereof are provided to simply prepare nano sized zinc oxide using the plasma jet. CONSTITUTION: A preparing method of a zinc oxide nano rod comprises the following: generating a thermal plasma jet in the inside of a thermal plasma reactor using a direct current discharge; melting and vaporizing zinc particles after inserting the zinc particles into the thermal plasma jet; and inserting oxygen as reaction gas into the thermal plasma jet to react the vaporized zinc particles with the oxygen, and cooling the reacted vaporized zinc particles and the oxygen to synthesize the zinc oxide nanorod. Gas for generating the thermal plasma jet is argon gas.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a chemical sensor having an interdigitated electrode, arranged independently and operated, on which a sensing material is deposited. Provided is the chemical sensor for sensing an organic compound by measuring resistivity of the sensing material, which is a polymer containing ionic liquid. According to the chemical sensor using a polymer containing ionic liquid and a method for manufacturing the same, the chemical sensor for sensing an organic compound without using a conductive polymer in the conventional electrospinning vapor deposition method can be manufactured. According to the present invention, the chemical sensor has the advantage of showing a good ability to sense organic vapor at room temperature, reacting and recovering accurately, and having the same effect on continuous sensing.
