The present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing an absorbent, comprising: a synthesis unit which synthesizes an absorbent by mixing supporters and active materials; a supply unit which supplies the supporters and active materials by being connected while maintaining airtightness of an entry part of the synthesis unit; and a removal unit which removes solvents or gas by being connected while maintaining airtightness of an exit part of the synthesis unit.

본 발명의 일 측면에 따른 코크스 오븐의 배열회수장치는 코크스로 건류되는 석탄이 저장되는 탄화실; 상기 탄화실의 상부에 제공되어 코크스 건류에 의해 발생된 가스를 배출하도록 제공된 상승관; 상기 상승관을 둘러싸도록 제공되며, 내부에 상기 상승관에서 배출되는 열을 흡수하기 위한 산화제가 유입되는 열교환부; 및 상기 열교환부를 거쳐 가열된 상기 산화제를 상기 탄화실로 공급하여 상기 산화제의 흡열반응에 의해 열을 흡수하도록 연계되는 산화제 공급부;를 포함한다.
Abstract:
본 발명은 전로부생가스 및 유기성 자원의 반응에 의해 전로부생가스의 효율, 구체적으로는 발열량을 향상시킬 뿐만 아니라 유기성 폐자원을 가연성 가스로 재활용하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일 구현에 의하면, 고온의 환원분위기에서 전로부생가스(LDG)와 유기성 자원을 반응시키는 발열량 및 가연성 가스 증량방법; 및 전로로부터 상부로 신장된 연도부; 연도부의 상단에 연결된 유기성 자원 투입부; 상기 전로와 유기성 자원 투입부 사이의 연도부에서 하방으로 신장된 미반응 유기성 자원 회수부; 및 상기 전로에 인접하여 연도부에 구비된 가스화제 투입부를 포함하는 포함하는 장치가 제공된다. 본 발명에 의하여 LDG와 유기성 자원의 반응에는 비교적 저온의 전로부생가스 및 종래 폐기되던 유기성 자원이 재활용된다. 또한, 전로부생가스의 발열량 및 가연성 가스가 증량된다.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A method for increasing heating value and a quantity of combustible gas by using LDG and organic resources and an apparatus used for the same are provided to improve collecting rate for hydrogen. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for increasing heating value and a quantity of combustible gas by using LDG(Linz Donawiz Converter Gas) and organic resources comprises a flue unit(2), an organic resource injection unit(3), a reactionless plastic recovering unit(4), and a gasifying agent injection unit(5). The flue unit is extended upward from a converter(1). The organic resource injection unit is connected to the upper portion of the flue unit. The reactionless plastic recovering unit is extended downward. The gasifying agent injection unit is installed in the flue unit adjacent to the converter.

PURPOSE: Provided is a photocatalyst reactor for eliminating ethylene which allows an ultraviolet ray and a glass pipe filled with glass beads, which are coated with photocatalyst to eliminate ethylene caused from vegetables so that it helps to keep the vegetables fresh. CONSTITUTION: The photocatalyst reactor for eliminating ethylene comprises the parts of: the glass pipe(20) which is connected to a room for vegetables(12) at one edge and a refrigeration room(11) at the other edge, with being coated with the photocatalyst; the glass bead which is coated with the photocatalyst on the surface and put into the glass pipe; a fan blower for circulating ethylene(60) which lets ethylene transferred to the glass pipe; and an ultraviolet lamp(40) which is placed near the upper side of the glass pipe to radiate the ultraviolet ray.
