The present invention relates to a surgical instrument used for varicocelectomy and, more specifically, to a varicocelectomy surgical instrument which lifts surrounding tissues (spermatic cord) including a spermetic vein to lift the spermetic vein up during the varicocelectomy , and absorbs and discharges such as blood which flows out to the outside to obtain visibility during the operation.

PURPOSE: A tested person call system for bioactive test is provided to call the tested person through a call terminal distributed to a corresponding tested person according to a blood collecting schedule in a main system. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of call terminals(1021~102N) guides blood collecting time information through receiving call information. A plurality of RFID tags stores identification information of the call terminal. A plurality of RFID reader(1041~104N) transmits the identification information of the call terminal in the RFID tags to an external side. A main system(100) generates a blood collecting schedule. According to the blood collecting schedule, the main system transmits the call information which adds the blood collecting time information to one among the call terminals.

PURPOSE: A method for identifying efficiency of treating micturition disorder using Rubus coreanus Miquel is provided to experimentally and easily identify the effect of Rubus coreanus Miquel. CONSTITUTION: A method for identifying efficiency of treating micturition disorder using Rubus coreanus Miquel comprises: a step of preparing a urinary bladder(test sample) by separating the test sample in an experimental device; a step of purifying the test sample; a step of contracting the test sample with a contracting agent; a step of injecting Rubus coreanus Miquel extract to the test sample; and a step of measuring relaxation ratio.

PURPOSE: A prostate operation device is provided to move a first insertion body inside the urethra by reducing the friction between the first insertion body and the urethra. CONSTITUTION: A prostate operation device includes first and second insertion units(120,130), an endoscope unit(140), and a gel injection unit(160). The first insertion unit is contacted with the urethra and has a cut groove. A second insertion unit is inserted into the first insertion unit. An endoscope unit is inserted into the second insertion unit. An ablation unit is arranged on a free end of the endoscope unit. The gel injection unit is inserted into the first insertion unit and discharges the gel to the urethra through the cut groove of the first insertion unit.
