Abstract: Provided is an expandable adhesive resin to bond lignum and natural cellulose which comprises: 100 parts by weight of thermal-curable adhesive resins; 0-10 parts by weight of ammonium chloride hardeners; and 0-20 parts by weight of sodium bicarbonate blowing agents. According to the present invention, urea resin can be expanded 5 times or more than an initial volume by mixing the urea resin with blowing agent and hardener. Therefore, the adhesive can be coated on a larger area with small amounts by applying the expandable resin for board manufacturing using lightweight vegetable materials. Especially, air gaps essentially generated in a board when manufacturing the low density board can be filled with the expandable resin, thereby improving the physical and intensity properties, provide great value to the environment due to the reduction of formaldehyde emission, and provide economical profit due to the reduction of additional adhesive amount can be created. Therefore, the present technique can be utilized as a ground breaking manufacturing method if the technique is applied to a natural cellulose board factory in a real industrial field.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for preparing fire retardant paper providing fire retardance while maintaining the properties of paper by impregnating fire retardant resins in manufacturing papers, and to fire retardant paper manufactured thereby. The fire retardant paper according to the present invention keeps the properties of paper such as ventilation, humidity control, texture of paper, and the likes while drastically increasing fire retardant functions. The fire retardant paper according to the present invention merely releases harmful compositions, does not generate white residues or frostiness on paper surface and enhances antibiosis.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a resin impregnation wood floor material for a Korean floor heating system is provided to improve intensity and dimensional stability due to resin impregnation and to reduce economical costs by using a wood single plate. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a resin impregnation wood floor material for a Korean floor heating system comprises a resin impregnating step, a drying step, a laminating step, a hot pressing step, and a processing step. Thermosetting resins are impregnated at a plurality of wood single plates and are dried. The dried wood single plates are vertically laminated. The laminated wood single plates are pressurized at high temperature to manufacture a wood floor material. Connection parts(210,220) are formed at a side to vertically assembly the wood floor material.
