PURPOSE: An outlet and standby power blocking method is provided to effectively prevent electric safety accidents by blocking the standby power output of an outlet. CONSTITUTION: When an electric device connected to a power output unit(160) is a standby state, a control unit(150) electrically blocks the power output unit and a power input unit by using a first switch(130). When second power is not provided through a conversion unit(120), the control unit electrically blocks the power output unit from the power input unit by using the first switch. PURPOSE: A user platform assisted on-demand content service system is provided to decentralize the load on a VOD server by performing on-demand content providing service through a collaboration with a VOD server. CONSTITUTION: A community generation module(210) creates a community capable of sharing various kinds of contents. A community management module(220) searches the created community. A channel generation module(230) creates a broadcasting channel by the request of a community subscriber terminal. The channel creating module includes all kinds of contents information to a broadcast channel. A channel guide module(240) guides the list of the broadcast channel.

PURPOSE: A device and a method for processing a user command by an icon which the user drew are provided to use a self GUI as a fashion item, thereby improving a personality of a user. The user interface unit connects the displayed icon to one among function modules.
