    Abstract: 본 발명은 양수를 이용한 태아의 폐 성숙도 진단방법에 관한 것으로, 자세하게는 양수 내 존재하는 디팔미토일-포스파티딜-콜린/스핑고미엘린 성분비 측정을 통한 태아의 폐 성숙도 진단방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 양수를 이용한 태아의 폐 성숙도 진단방법은 양이온 교환수지에 분석물질을 흡착시키는 단계를 통해 양수에서 추출한 혼합물질에서 질량이 같고 종류가 다른 물질들의 간섭을 제거할 수 있어 정확한 질량분석이 가능하며, 디팔미토일-포스파티딜-콜린/스핑고미엘린 성분비(D/S ratio)를 질량분석기를 이용하여 측정함으로써 30분 이내의 신속한 검사가 가능할 뿐만 아니라, 양수 내의 오염에 따른 오차가 적어 보다 높은 정확성으로 태아의 폐 성숙 정도를 진단할 수 있다.

    Abstract: A revolving type bulletin apparatus providing information is disclosed. The revolving type bulletin apparatus providing information comprises a rotation plate that is installed between a lower cover and an upper cover and rotated by a power transfer part. A photovoltaic part is installed on the upper surface of the upper cover. The photovoltaic part is obliquely installed on the upper surface of the light collection panel of the photovoltaic device. A lower surface comprises an installation frame bearing-combined with the upper cover, a first internal gear formed on the lower inner surface of the installation frame, and a power transfer shaft having a second internal gear engaging with the first internal gear and vertically coupled to a part of the upper cover through a shaft. The power transfer part comprises a main shaft coupled to the upper cover and the lower cover through the shaft, a driving motor transferring a rotation force to the main body and installed to the lower cover, a first power transfer gear formed on one surface of a guide protrusion and an operation protrusion and coupled to the upper part of the main shaft through the shaft, and a second power transfer gear comprising rotation protrusions rotating to guide the guide protrusion of the first power transfer gear and coupled to the lower part of the power transfer shaft, and an operation groove partly rotating at an angle due to the operation protrusion and prepared between the rotation protrusions.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A pump temperature controller is provided to improve the efficiency of a pump by preventing cavitation by keeping the temperature of intake fluid low. CONSTITUTION: A pump temperature controller comprises a temperature controller and a cooler. The temperature controller and cooler are installed at an inlet. The temperature controller sends a signal to the cooler, if temperature increases over a fixed value. The cooler, receiving a signal, reduces the temperature of the fluid. The temperature sensor device and cooler are located around the inlet of the pump in order to prevent the increasing of the water temperature of the pump. The temperature sensor senses the temperature when the temperature increases higher than a fixed temperature. The cooler operates to decrease the temperature of the pump and prevent the generation of bubble in the fluid. The efficiency of the pump is improved since the cavitation is reduced.
