Abstract: PURPOSE: An adhesive composition and an optical member using thereof are provided to improve the heat resistance and flexibility of the composition, and to obtain the excellent re-working property and anti light leakage property when applying the composition to a polarizer. CONSTITUTION: An adhesive composition contains a hydroxy group containing (meth)acrylic polymer(A), an isocyanate hardener(B), and polycarbonate diol(C). The hydroxy group containing (meth)acrylic polymer is formed by polymerizing 99.5~80 parts of (meth)acrylic polymer by mass, 0.5~10 parts of hydroxy group containing (meth)acrylate monomer by mass, and 0~10 parts of other monomers by mass capable of copolymerizing with the (meth)acrylic polymer and the hydroxy group containing (meth)acrylate monomer.

Abstract: An adhesive composition is provided to form an adhesive layer with good re-working property, durability and optical leakage property. An adhesive composition is formed by crosslinking a copolymer polymer of 100.0 parts by mass and a styrene-based resin or alpha-methylstyrene resin of 1-15 parts by mass. The copolymer polymer is formed by copolymerizing 89.5-99.9 parts by mass of a monomer having C1-16 alkyl group and 0.1-10 parts by mass of a monomer having a hydroxyl group. The monomer having a hydroxyl group is 2-hydroxyethylacrylate and/or 4-hydroxybutyl acrylate.
