    Abstract: PURPOSE: A drill for an implant surgery is provided to minimize the amount of bone loss and maximally prevent bacterial infection in self bone picking and even collect crushed self bone using a single bone collecting hole. CONSTITUTION: A drill for an implant surgery comprises a tubular rotator(200) and a drill type rotator(300). One side of the tubular rotator is formed into a hollow cylindrical shape and opened and has sawteeth in the end portion. The other side of the tubular rotator is sealed and a shank part connected to a driving hole outlet is formed into a longitudinal direction of a shaft. A vertical blade is formed into the longitudinal direction of the shaft in one side of the drill type rotator. A plurality of cutting edges is formed around the vertical blade into a radial shape. Collected self bone is discharged to the other side in a bone discharge passage. The vertical blade is formed into a cone or polygonal cone shape. A through hole is formed in the outer circumference of the tubular rotator. An insertion depth marking patterns which displays an insertion depth of the tubular rotator inserted into a sawteeth alveolar bone are formed in the outer circumference of the tubular rotator.
