Abstract: The present invention relates to a fixing device for orthodontics, wherein the device fixes a traction member providing traction force for orthodontics in the oral cavity. The device includes a base which is fixed in the oral cavity and is recessed in a part; a coupling unit which fixes the base in the oral cavity; and a bracket which is formed in the recessed part of the base, fixes a part of the traction member, and has an upper part which is located at the same height as or lower height than the top of the coupling unit. Provided is the fixing device for orthodontics capable of reducing feeling of irritation caused by a foreign substance and discomfort in the oral cavity.

Abstract: 본 발명은 임플란트의 식립시, 잇몸의 접합이 용이하게 이루어져 임플란트의 체결력을 상승시킬 수 있으며, 임플란트의 풀림을 방지하는 스토퍼를 구비하는 임플란트에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 임플란트는 잇몸 및 치조골에 식립되는 스크류부와, 상기 스크류부의 상부에 마련되며, 상방으로 연장될수록 외경이 점점 확장되도록 형성된 결착부와, 상기 결착부의 상부에 교정용 탄성 체인 또는 스프링을 연결할 수 있는 홈이 마련되어 있거나, 보철물을 결합시킬 수 있도록 형성된 헤드부를 구비한다.
상기 결착부는 하단에 상기 스크류부의 상단을 향해 연장될수록 외경이 점점 넓어지게 형성된 확장부분과, 상기 스크류부의 상부에 마련되며, 상기 스크류부가 구강 내 조직에 식립되었을 때, 구강 내 조직에 접촉되어 상기 스크류부가 풀리는 방향으로 회전하는 것을 방지하는 풀림방지수단을 더 구비하는 것이 바람직하다.
본 발명에 따른 임플란트는 식립 후, 잇몸과의 결착력이 좋아지며, 외력이 작용하지 않을 때, 스크류가 풀리는 방향으로 회전하는 것이 방지되므로 안정적으로 구강 내에 결합된 상태를 유지할 수 있다.

Abstract: An implant and a fixing device for orthodontic apparatus utilizing the same are provided to prevent a screw portion from being given rotary force resulting from correcting force. The implant includes a screw portion(11), a lower head portion(12), a support portion(13), and an upper head portion(15). The spiral screw portion(11) is fixed on user's bone. The lower head portion(12) is formed on the upper part of the screw portion(11). The support portion(13) is formed from the lower head portion(12) to be eccentric with respect to the central axis of the screw portion(11). The upper head portion(15) is formed on the end portion of the support portion(13) and forms the lower head portion(12) and a slot(14). The section of the support portion(13) is circle, oval or polygonal.
