Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for screening an antigen for diganosing nonturberculous acid-fast bacteria M. abscessus infection is provided. CONSTITUTION: A method for screening an antigen for diagnosing M. abscessus infection comprises: a step of infecting M. abscessus with epithelial cells or large phagocytes or infecting to epithelial cells and then large phagocytes; a step of confirming specifically expressed M. abscessus protein; a step of reacting the protein and serum from a patient with pulmonary diseases caused by M. abscessus infection; and a step of selecting and identifying the protein.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供一种用于筛选非糖尿病抗性细菌脓肿感染的抗原的方法。 构成：用于筛选用于诊断脓肿脓肿感染的抗原的方法包括：用上皮细胞或大吞噬细胞感染脓肿的感染步骤或感染上皮细胞，然后感染大吞噬细胞的步骤; 确定特异性表达的脓肿蛋白的步骤; 使来自患者的蛋白质和血清与由脓肿脓肿感染引起的肺部疾病反应的步骤; 以及选择和鉴定蛋白质的步骤。
