Abstract: The present invention relates to an interconnecting device comprising: a first grounding part which is installed in a conductive fabric and has one or more electrodes in order to enable an electric flow by connecting various components while maintaining the thickness and flexibility of the conductive fabric; a second grounding part which applies an electric current to the electrodes by connecting wire to which a power source and signals are supplied; and a molding part which is hardened after being coated on the surface of the first and second grounding parts in a liquid state. The present invention improves durability because the damage of the conductive fabric is less and the waterproof treatment of the connecting part prevents the change of electrical characteristics caused by sweat etc when wearing the fabric.
