Abstract:
A bio-clod for treating waste water, which contains microorganism having excellent activity of nitrification and denitration is provided to efficiently remove nitrogen in waste water and bad smell generated in the treatment process. A microorganism having excellent activity of nitrification and denitration is Bacillus subtilis BSDL1(KFCC-11399P) and Bacillus megaterium DSM3(KFCC-11402P). A bio-clod for treating waste water contains Bacillus subtilis BSDL1(KFCC-11399P) and Bacillus megaterium DSM3](KFCC-11402P) as an active ingredient. A method for manufacturing a bio-clod for treating waste water comprises; a step (i) of mixing yellow soil and leaf mold; a step (ii) of culturing the Bacillus subtilis BSDL1(KFCC-11399P) and Bacillus megaterium DSM3(KFCC-11402P) and concentrating; a step (iii) of mixing the materials of step (i) and (ii) and molding; and a step of drying under the presence of water and plasticizing to obtain the bio-clod.

본 발명은 유기물질과 영양소의 농도가 고농도인 축산폐수를 희석하지 않고, 공공처리장 방류수 수질 이상으로 처리하기 위한 고효율의 축산폐수 처리 장치 및 방법에 관한 것이다. 구체적으로, 본 발명은 고농도 질소 중 암모니아를 선택적으로 제거하는 암모니아 스트리핑 단계, 축산폐수를 저류조에서 균등화시키는 단계, 무산소조와 침전조로부터 반송되는 슬러지에 포함된 NOx-N을 탈질 반응에 의해 N 2 가스 형태로 제거하고 인을 방출하는 혐기발효 단계, 미생물 활성조에서 활성화된 호기성 미생물을 공급하면서 3단 폭기조 내에서 혐기 발효 후의 폐수 내의 암모니아성 질소를 질산화시키는 폭기 단계, 무산소조에서 NOx-N을 탈질 미생물의 작용으로 탈질시키면서 침전 슬러지를 혐기 발효조에 반송하는 단계, 처리된 피처리물과 슬러지를 고액 분리하면서 침전 슬러지를 혐기 발효조 및 미생물 활성화조에 반송하는 침전 단계 및 응집처리 단계를 포함하는 축산폐수 처리 방법 및 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 고농도 축산폐수의 효율적인 영양소 제거 방법은 유기물 및 영양소 제거를 위한 우수한 처리 방법으로서, 무희석으로 인한 운영상의 편리성과 방류수 수질을 충족시키는 잇점을 갖는다.

To provide a high efficient livestock wastewater treatment apparatus and method for treating livestock wastewater having high concentrated organic matter and nutrients to an effluent quality level of public treatment facility or more without dilution of the livestock wastewater. The apparatus(1) for treating livestock wastewater comprises: an ammonia stripping tank(2) for selectively removing ammonia in high concentrated nitrogen contained in livestock wastewater; a storage tank(3) for equalizing concentration change and flow change of raw water; an anaerobic fermentation tank(4) for hydrolysing non-biodegradable materials in wastewater into biodegradable materials; a microbial activation tank(9) for activating microorganisms; a three-stage aeration tank(5) for nitrifying organic matter and nitrogen using aerobic microorganisms supplied after being activated in the microbial activation tank; an anoxic tank(6) for removing nitrified nitrogen by denitrification due to endogenous respiration of denitrified microorganisms; a sedimentation tank(7) for performing a solid-liquid separation operation on treated wastewater and sludge; a coagulation/precipitation tank(8) for removing phosphorous and suspended solids by chemically coagulating and precipitating phosphorous and suspended solids remained in the treated wastewater separated from the sedimentation tank; and a return line(18) for returning sludge to the anaerobic fermentation tank from the anoxic tank, a return line(19) for returning settled sludge of the sedimentation tank to the anaerobic fermentation tank, and a return line(21) for returning the settled sludge of the sedimentation tank to a microorganism activation tank(9).

본 발명은 음식물쓰레기의 퇴비화 장치 및 방법에 관한 것으로서, 음식물쓰레기 중의 유기성분을 호기성 미생물의 분해 및 증식작용을 이용하여 일부 제거하고, 이 분해과정의 부산물로 발생되는 생물학적인 에너지를 활용하여 음식물쓰레기 내의 수분을 증발시키고 병원균의 살균작용을 수행하며 음식물쓰레기 내에 포함된 질소 등의 영양성분의 손실을 최소화하여 작물의 성장에 필수적인 영양분을 공급할 수 있는 유기질 퇴비를 생산하도록 설계된 음식물쓰레기의 퇴비화장치 및 방법을 제공하고자 한 것이다.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for composting food waste are provided to produce organic fertilizer supplying essential nutrients for growth of plants by using biological energy, byproduct, generated from aerobic fermentation of food waste. CONSTITUTION: The composting method is as follows: pouring food waste in a reaction vessel(10) with adding water controller, such as saw dust and returned compost, and Bio-Compo to increase activity of microbes; mixing the mixture homogeneously with a rotary wing(14) in the reactor; supplying air through an air-inlet(36a) on the bottom of the reactor, and an air-inlet(36b) on the surface of a rotary axis(12), and optionally operating a heater(20) on the bottom of the reactor in winter, thereby resulting in aerobic fermentation of food waste, water evaporation due to the heat, byproduct, generated from waste decomposition, and promotion of composting. Also, water and gas formed in fermentation is discharged through a gas-outlet(46) on the upper part of the reactor; discharging fermented waste, organic fertilizer.

PURPOSE: A livestock farming wastewater septic tank of microorganism activated and fostered type is provided, which treat wastewater of BOD 10,000-15,000 without dilution, in a high efficiency by installing activating and fostering chamber of microorganism. That also can treat almost all of biologically degradable organic matter by passing two-step aeration of secondary contact aeration including aeration chamber and contact filter media. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises a grit chamber(4) to remove sand and impurities contained in livestock farming wastewater, a microorganism activated and fostered chamber(6) in which activated microorganism is cultivated in quantity, an aeration tank(7) in which organic matter of high concentration is decomposed by oxygen and microorganism, a No.1 settling tank(8) that remove solid matter by gravitational force, a No.1 slurry recycling device(14) that returns sludge of No.1 settling tank(8) to the aeration chamber(7), a returned sludge control device(18) that control return sludge to keep suitable microorganism concentration in aeration chamber(7), a contact aeration chamber(9) that secondarily decompose organic matter, a No.2 settling chamber(10) that settles solid matter contained in water coming from No.2 settling chamber(10) by gravitational force, a No.2 sludge recycling device(15) that returns sludge to the grit chamber(4), a contact recycling device(16) that conduct advanced decompose, and a discharge line.

PURPOSE: A biological/chemical advanced wastewater treatment is provided, which is characterized in that raising of sludge is controlled in the sedimentation tank (5) and nitrogen and phosphorus are removed effectively. CONSTITUTION: The treatment comprises follow parts of: a settling tank (1) for separating sand and debris in wastewater; an anaerobic tank (2) for denitrification of returned sludge which is nitrified in simple and contact aeration tanks (3) (4); a biopond (6) equipped with a biomake and an aeration device for activating microorganisms and supplying activated microorganisms into the simple and contact aeration tanks (3) (4); the simple aeration tank (3) for decomposing organics and for converting ammonia (NH4) to nitrite (NO3); the contact aeration tank (4) for decomposing residual organics and for converting residual ammonia (NH4) to nitrite (NO3) by microorganisms attached to media (11); a sedimentation tank (5) for settling sludge and for removing residual phosphorus by using coagulation.

PURPOSE: A high-concentrated organic wastewater treatment is provided. This method mainly comprises an anammox tank (6) for converting nitrite (NO2-) and nitrate (NO3-) to nitrogen gas, a biopond (7) equipped with a biomake and an aeration device for activating microorganisms and supplying activated microorganisms into an aeration tank (8), a solid-liquid separating tank (3) for treating wastewater without dilution by coagulants, therefore nitrogen and phosphorus is removed effectively. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises follow parts of: the solid-liquid separation tank (3), an ammonia stripping tank (4) for removing ammonia (NH4) without a variation of organic concentration, a fermentation tank (5) for decomposing undegradable organics and generating organic acid, the anammox tank (6), the biopond (7), an aeration tank (8) for decomposing residual organics and for converting residual ammonia (NH4) to nitrite (NO3), a denitrification tank (9) for converting nitrite (NO3) to nitrogen gas (N2), a sedimentation tank (10) for settling sludge and returning sludge, a coagulation and sedimentation tank (11) for treating residual organics, a dewatering device (12).

본 고안은 대규모 오수 처리장에 설치하여 분뇨 및 생활 잡배수를 통합하여 처리하는 호기성 오수 처리 시설로서, 피처리물 중에 함유된 모래나 협잡물을 침전 및 혐기성 분해하는 제1, 2 침전·분해실, 연속적으로 공급되는 공기를 이용하여 유기 물질을 제거하는 접촉 폭기실, 생성된 미생물 플록과 처리수를 고액 분리하는 최종 침전실, 침전되지 않고 그대로 유출되는 미세한 플록을 여재를 이용하여 2차로 처리하는 여과·분해실, 부유 물질을 완전히 제거하고 세균을 소독하는 모래 여과상, 활성탄 여과상 및 소독조로 이루어진 대규모 오수 처리 시설에 관한 것이다. 본 고안의 오수 처리 시설은 장기 폭기법에서 미생물의 자체 산화에 의한 미생물 플록의 생성 곤란에 따른 유출수의 수질 악화를 효과적으로 제거할 수 있는 여과·분해실을 구비하고 있으므로 고안으로 안정적인 유출수 확보와 수질 개선에 기여할 것으로 판단된다.
