Abstract: PURPOSE: A writing input device is provided to effectively recognize user writing input and reduce the number of unnecessary lines. CONSTITUTION: A PCB(100) comprises a first connection terminal(22-1), a readout line(120), and a second connection terminal(22-2). A conductive film(23) connects a part of the first connection terminal exposed at the upper part of PCB and a part of the second connection terminal exposed at the upper part of PCB. A blocking circuit(25) secludes that a signal through the second readout line is transmitted to the second connection terminal.
