Abstract:
PURPOSE: A scheduling apparatus at an orthogonal frequency division multiple access system and a scheduling method thereof are provided to allocate a user of maximum channel quality to a subchannel block having a maximum channel quality difference by comparing channel quality differences at different subchannel blocks. CONSTITUTION: The whole numbers of subchannel blocks are set to be the same as that of users(S200). The selection reference value of the subchannel blocks is calculated(S202). An allocation subchannel block and the user are selected(S204). A process for determining whether allocation is performed or not is operated(S206,S210,S212). An allocation process is operated(S208,S214). An allocable subchannel block, subchannel block combination which is pre-allocated, and subchannel block combination which is not allocated according to a user are updated by reflecting a current allocation result(S216). An update procedure includes an allocable subchannel block range update process according to the user, an allocable subchannel block user updating process, and a verification process of unallocated subchannel block.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A device and a method for delivering channel information of a wireless relay network are provided to simultaneously obtain channel quality signals between a terminal and a repeater, thereby improving system throughput. CONSTITUTION: A channel estimation device(210) estimates a channel value between a terminal and a repeater. The channel estimation device converts the channel value into CQI(Channel Quality Information). A CQI estimation device(330) performs linear prediction. The CQI estimation device obtains channel quality information between the repeater and the terminal. The channel estimation device(340) estimates channel quality information between a base station and the repeater.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A handover apparatus and a method on history information, program recorded computer-readable storage medium are provided to select a handover target network based on a history utility functions thereby reducing an unnecessary handover. CONSTITUTION: A connection time calculation part(110) calculates the last connection time of a present network. A history utility function calculation unit(120) calculates a history utility function value according to the last connection time. A system utility function calculation unit(130) calculates a system utility function value according to a network environment between candidate networks. A selection function calculation unit(140) calculates a selected function value about the candidate networks using the history and the system utility function value, and the last connection time. The second selecting unit(150) selects one candidate network as a handover target network by comparing the selected function value.
