    종래의 습식 스크러버(Wet scrubber)는 구조가 간단하고 상대적으로 대용량의 가스를 처리 할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 단일 장치에서 가스 흡수와 분진을 동시에 포집할 수 있다는 장점이 있는 반면에 비교적 큰 입자만을 제거할 수 있어, 실제 공정상에 발생하는 미세한 유해 입자의 포집에는 한계가 있다는 단점이 있다.
    이에, 본 발명은 기존의 습식 스크러버를 사용하면서도, 유해한 미세 먼지와 미스트 입자까지도 효율적으로 청정화하기 위해 전기적 양극성의 예비하전부와 유전체 응집부, 전기 집진부를 각각 스크러버의 전단과 후단에 설치한 양극성 복합 정전유전체 응집 방식 미세입자 포집 장치 및 이를 이용한 포집방법을 제공하고자 하는 것이다.
