비트 인터리버, BICM 장치 및 비트 인터리빙 방법이 개시된다. 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 비트 인터리버는 길이가 64800이고 부호율이 4/15인 LDPC 부호어를 저장하는 제1 메모리; 상기 LDPC 부호어를, 상기 LDPC 부호어의 패러럴 팩터(parallel factor)에 상응하는 사이즈의 비트그룹 단위로 인터리빙하여 인터리빙된 부호어를 생성하는 프로세서; 및 상기 인터리빙된 부호어를 256-심볼 맵핑을 위한 변조기로 제공하는 제2 메모리를 포함한다.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A method for providing multimedia using mobile broadcast service and a system thereof are provided to provide multimedia by using interchangeability of a broadcast channel and a personal mobile communication channel. CONSTITUTION: Multimedia is provided through a broadcast channel on the basis of a user terminal (S310). When the multimedia is not able to be provided through the broadcast channel, the multimedia is provided through a mobile communication channel (S320). Information about the multimedia which is provided through the mobile communication channel is statistically calculated on the basis of the position of the user terminal (S330). The multimedia provided through the broadcast channel is updated using the information according to the statistics (S340). PURPOSE: A video service providing method for providing a real time video service without disconnection in a wired, wireless or integrated communications network and an apparatus for the same are provided to apply a special source coding method and a communications technique called double bearer, thereby obtaining improved performance and a path diversity effect. CONSTITUTION: An urgent service request signal is received in a process of receiving a video service from a terminal which receives the video service(S110). A bearer is additionally set up in order to provide a high quality video service in a process of receiving the urgent service request signal from the terminal(S120).
