본 발명은 메타데이터, 사용자 리스트, 사용자 상태 정보 및 네트워크 상태 중 적어도 하나를 사용하여 생성된 푸시콘텐츠의 전송스케쥴에 따라 푸시콘텐츠를 전송하여 방송 프로그램 전송을 위한 규격의 변경을 최소화하면서도 증강방송의 지연을 극복하는 증강콘텐츠 제공 방법을 제공한다.

본 발명은 스위치드 디지털 비디오(Switched Digital Video, SDV) 기반의 비디오 전송 시스템 구조에서 멀티스크린 서비스 환경을 구성하는 휴대 단말이 TV와 같은 대형 화면을 갖는 수신 단말의 리모콘(Remote Control)과 유사한 역할을 할 수 있도록 하는 것으로서, 발명에 의해 휴대 단말에서 시청하고 있는 방송 채널을 TV 등의 대형 화면과 공유할 수 있으며 또한, 통해 휴대 단말로 수신한 프로그램 가이드 정보로부터 직접 TV 등의 대형 화면으로 프로그램을 시청할 수 있게 제어할 수 있다.

Disclosed are an apparatus for receiving augmented broadcasting, a method for receiving augmented broadcasting content using the same, and a system for providing augmented broadcasting content. The method for receiving augmented broadcasting content comprises a metadata reception step of receiving a broadcast program and metadata for realizing augmented broadcasting for the broadcast program which are transmitted through a broadcasting network; a content request step of requesting augmented broadcasting content related to the broadcast program from an augmented broadcasting content providing server which provides the augmented broadcasting content related to the broadcast program by referring to the received metadata; and a content reception step of receiving the augmented broadcasting content which is provided from the augmented broadcasting content providing server according to the request.

PURPOSE: A random backoff apparatus for an augmented content reception and a method thereof are provided to enable multiple viewers to efficiently use a bi-directional service by preventing multiple reception terminals from being connected to a program-related website or augmented content at the same time. CONSTITUTION: A reception terminal (510) receives meta data from a server (520). In case a first random backoff is included in the meta data, the receiving unit (511) of the reception terminal indicates a reception request of augmented content by using the first random backoff. The control unit (512) of the reception terminal requests the reception of the augmented content to the server after implementing the first random backoff.
