The micro lens array film comprises: a first and a second transparent electrodes facing each other; and a flexible polymer membrane interposed between the first and the second transparent electrodes. The present invention relates to a thin film type actuator capable of generating various tactus and sound with multiple operation units. According to the present invention, a film type actuator comprises an upper board and a lower board composed as one board, and a pair of electrode units which can be pulled from each other using electrostatic forces between the upper board and the lower board. The respective electrode units executes the role of an operation unit by being individually operated, and the upper board and the lower board are composed as a single board. The operation of the respective electrode units is overlapped to generate new physical operation which is different from the existing operation and to generate the haptic feeling or sound. According to the present invention, the actuator has a good point capable of generating the haptic feeling or sound by modulating and combining the amplitude and frequency of the operation in the respective operation units.

CONSTITUTION: A thin film strip core(10) includes a first side and a second side, which are opposite to each other, and is composed of a metal material. An internal cladding layer(20) covers the first side and the second side of the thin film strip core. An external cladding layer(30) covers the internal cladding layer. The refractive index of the internal cladding layer is higher than that of the external cladding layer.
