Disclosed is an electronic active phase control array antenna having two beams which comprises: a first array unit for performing phase shifting on radio waves received via satellite communication, combining them, and generating first beams on the basis of a first phase delay control value according to a first beam frequency; and a second array unit for performing phase shifting on the output value phase-shifted by the first array unit on the basis of a second phase delay control value for compensating for the phase delay difference according to a second beam frequency shifted through the first array unit, and generating second beams.

PURPOSE: An electronic active phase control array antenna is provided to improve a phase communication quality by compensating a directional error according to a frequency difference. CONSTITUTION: The first array phase displacement parts(302) displace phases of input radio waves through array antenna devices(301). The first beam signal couplers(303) couple output signals of the first array phase displacement parts(302) which are divided into 2N groups. The first beam signal coupler(304) couples signals from the first beam signal couplers(303) to output the first beam output. The second array phase displacement parts(305) displace phases of signals from the first beam signal couplers(303). The second beam signal coupler(306) couples signals from the second beam signal couplers(305) to output the second beam output.

PURPOSE: An apparatus for a three-dimensional measurement of an object shape is provided to measure the three-dimensional shape of a target through a simple apparatus and a driving structure without the interference with a radio wave transmission and reception antenna. CONSTITUTION: In an apparatus for a three-dimensional measurement of an object shape, a plurality of line lasers(110a,110b) form a scan image around a target. A camera(130) is arranged at the front of laser up down driving units and the front of the target. The camera obtains the shape of a closed loop which is formed in the line laser. The line laser forms a closed loop on the target by projecting a laser beam on the target. The camera obtains the image of a generated closed loop. A laser up down driving unit maintains the line laser to have a certain angle.

PURPOSE: A flat board circular array antenna having an azimuthal is provided to wirelessly connect moving body without an additional satellite tracking function due to supplying an omni-directional radiation pattern. CONSTITUTION: A radiation element(23) is arranged in the predetermined circle perimeter at regular interval. The radiation element locates to the top surface of an dielectric(24) in a microstrip patch shape. An antenna ground plane(25) includes a transmission line(27) and a connector(28). The upper side and lower side of the ground plane protects the radiation element. A predetermined honeycomb structure is inserted between the top panel and the bottom panel.

PURPOSE: A device and method for amplifying power are provided to control the amount of currents using the output level and the ACPR(Adjacent Channel Power Ratio) of an amplifier that an ACPR detector detects, thereby increasing the efficiency of the amplifier. CONSTITUTION: A variable attenuating unit(200) controls the size of an input signal. An amplification unit(210) amplifies an input signal whose size is adjusted by the variable attenuating unit to output an analog signal. An ACPR detector(230) detects an ACPR from the output signal of amplifier. The ACPR detector provides size adjustment control information of the variable attenuating unit. A voltage control unit(250) controls the bias voltage of the amplifier according to the detection result of the ACPR detector. The voltage control unit comprises a D/A converter.

PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for diagnosing a breast cancer are provided to obtain the high quality tomography image of a breast by using an electromagnetic wave. CONSTITUTION: A breast(100) is inserted into a tank(150). A lattice type transceiver(110) is located within the tank. The transceivers transmit and receive the electromagnetic wave. The transceivers is raised up the top of the tank gradually. A processing unit controls the rotation of the lattice type transceiver. The processing unit calculates the phase and amplitude of the electromagnetic wave. The electromagnetic wave is received through lattice type transceivers.
