    Abstract: PURPOSE: A method and apparatus for flow mobility are provided to support flow mobility without exchanging an additional signaling by interlinking flow information with a binding cache entry.     Abstract: A method and a system for implementing a DHCP(Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol) in a high speed internet service system are provided to easily maintain a high speed internet service by applying IP information to a subscriber terminal with using ONT ID information on the basis of a passive optical network. A system for implementing a DHCP in a high speed internet service system includes a subscriber terminal(110) transmitting a DHCP message to a DHCP sever by operating as a DHCP client. An ONT(Optical Network Terminal)(210) adds an identification information thereof to the DHCP message in connection with a subscriber terminal. An OLT(Optical Line Terminal)(220) allots an internet protocol address to the subscriber terminal by using the identification information added in the ONT of the DHCP message and the identification information thereof, and transmits a response message to the subscriber terminal, and operates as the DHCP sever.
