Abstract: 본 발명은 미세 필터의 제조 방법을 제공한다. 이 방법은 제 1 폭의 돌출부를 가지는 몰드를 형성하는 단계; 기판의 일면 상에 필터막을 형성하는 단계; 상기 필터막 상에 레지스트막을 코팅하는 단계; 상기 돌출부가 상기 레지스트막을 통해 상기 필터막과 닿도록 상기 몰드로 찍어 상기 레지스트막에 제 1 개구부를 형성하는 단계; 상기 레지스트막을 식각마스크로 이용하여 상기 필터막을 식각하여 상기 기판을 노출시키는 제 2 개구부를 형성하는 단계; 상기 레지스트막을 제거하는 단계; 및 상기 일면과 반대되는 면 쪽의 상기 기판의 일부를 제거하여 상기 필터막의 상기 개구부를 노출시키는 단계를 포함한다. 이 방법으로 리소그래피 공정으로 구현가능한 선폭보다 좁은 폭의 개구부를 가지는 미세한 필터를 재현성있게 경제적으로 제조할 수 있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An apparatus for isolating liquid ingredient is provided to extract plasma ingredients in the whole blood. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus(100) for isolating liquid ingredients comprises: a glass substrate(110); a cover layer(120) for covering the glass substrate; a micro pipe(130) formed by etching the lower par t of the cover layer; and a gel storage(140) for storing hydrogel which absorbs the liquid sample. The apparatus further contains the heat unit for heating the hydrogel at one side of the gel storage. The cover layer formed by the PDMS(poolydimehtylsiloxane).

Abstract: PURPOSE: An apparatus for polymerase chain reaction(PCR) is provided to carry and minimize without controlling device and simplify PCR. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus(10) for PCR comprises: a first module(300) which is separately coupled; a second module(200) which generates heat convection by providing different temperature area to the first module; and a third module(100) which is coupled with the second module and controls the operation of the second module. The first module has a loop channel which provides flow path of a sample. The second module has a plurality of heating unit for providing different temperature area to the loop channel.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A bio chip and system for detecting a bio material are provided to safely detect bio material using dangerous medicine such as picric acid. CONSTITUTION: A bio chip(100) comprises: a bio sample injection unit(120) for injecting bio sample; a sample reaction unit(110) in which bio sample and reaction sample are mixed and reacted; a sample exhausting part(140) for discharging the bio sample and reaction sample; a first fluid channel(151) which is connected to the bio sample infection unit; a second fluid channel(152) connected to the reaction sample infection part; and a combining channel(153) which connects the first and second fluid channels. The reaction sample has explosiveness and is picric acid.

Abstract: A ubiquitous bio chip reading system is provided to increase the pathway of light used in reading sample of fluid state and accurately analyze the sample with low price. A ubiquitous bio chip reading system(100) comprises a bio chip(210) and reader(110). The bio chip comprises a upper plate(230) and lower plate(220).
