1차면허권시스템이존재하는환경에서의주파수할당방법및 장치가개시된다. 본발명의실시예들은각 서브주파수자원을이용상황에따라분류된복수의주파수셋들을이용하여 1차면허권시스템이존재하는주파수환경에서주파수자원관리를원활하게수행할수 있다. 또한본 발명의실시예들은동종의주파수공유시스템이존재하는경우해당주파수자원을우선적으로할당함으로써주파수공유를위한오버헤드를줄일수 있다.

본 발명은 신호 검출 장치 및 방법에 관한 것으로, 특히 공유 주파수 대역에서 스펙트럼 감지를 위한 신호 검출 장치 및 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 바람직한 실시 예에 따른 장치는, 공유 주파수 대역에서 신호를 검출하기 위한 장치에 있어서, 주파수 선택 제어신호에 의거하여 수신된 무선 신호들 중 선택된 대역의 신호만 필터링하여 기저대역 신호로 변환하고, 상기 변환된 신호에서 감지된 수신 신호의 세기를 계산하는 신호 처리부와, 미리 결정된 제1 임계값 및 제2 임계값을 상기 계산된 수신 신호의 세기와 비교하여 신호의 존재여부를 검사하고, 그 결과를 출력하며, 상기 신호가 존재하지 않는 경우 주파수 선택 생성신호를 출력하는 감지신호 판단기와, 미리 결정된 다수의 대역들 중 탐색할 대역을 선택하여 상기 주파수 선택 제어신호를 출력하는 주파수 선택 제어기를 포함한다. 공유 주파수 대역, 스펙트럼 감지(spectrum sensing), 센싱 임계값, TV 백색 공간(white spaces)

PURPOSE: An emergency network device and a data communications method are provided to process the communications of the terminal using a pilot channel, in case the communications of the terminal is impossible by using the RAT(Radio Access Technology). CONSTITUTION: A determining unit(510) monitors whether RAT of a wireless network normally operates or not. A time slot assignment circuit(520) assigns a cognitive pilot channel to the terminal according to the control function of the determining unit. A data communications part(530) processes the data communications through the cognitive pilot channel with the terminal. The data communications part transmits or receives the voice and the image through the terminal.

PURPOSE: An apparatus and method for complex constant multiplier and FFT processor are provided to reduce size, complexity, and power consumption of a complex constant multiplier and an FFT processor by configuring the complex constant multiplier with 5 real number multipliers. CONSTITUTION: A first and a second multiplier select and output an imaginary part or real part of complex input value as a first and a second input value respectively based on a rotation factor table. A first real number multiplier(310) multiplies the sum of the first and the second triangular function value by the first input value. A second real number multiplier(320) multiplies the subtraction of the first and the second triangular function value by the second input value. A two's compliment arithmetic unit(330) calculates two's compliment of the first input. An adder adds the output value of the two's compliment arithmetic unit and the second input value. A third real number multiplier(350) multiplies the output value of the adder by the second triangular function value.

PURPOSE: A light ray sampling method and a propagation model generating method and apparatus using the same are provided to perform the sampling of a light ray transmitted from a delivery point in consideration of the arrangement of a structure. CONSTITUTION: A delivery point setting unit(720) sets a delivery point for transmission of electric waves in a structure database(710). A structure selection unit(730) selects a structure within a critical distance from the set delivery point. A light ray selection unit(740) transmits a plurality of light rays in the delivery point set to the selected structure. The light ray selection unit selects a light ray reaching the selected structure of the transmitted light rays. A propagation characteristic prediction unit(750) predicts propagation characteristics.

PURPOSE: A three dimensional preprocessing method for ray trace is provided to perform efficient analysis without performing repetitive pre-processing according to the change of transmission point change. CONSTITUTION: A standard structure is set up. The other structure is found. A corresponding structure is stored in a standard structure(100). The corresponding structure having the side which does not seen eliminates. Distance to the stored structures is measured from the standard structure. The stored structures locating about the standard point are eliminated based on the standard structure. The travel route of the light ray is calculated between structures(200).

A modeling apparatus and a method for estimating the interference of a cognitive radio transmitting signal on digital TV broadcasting are provided to offer modeling for estimating interference between a digital TV broadcasting system in a 8-VSB(Vestigial Side Band) type and a cognitive radio system in an OFDM type and determine a protection ratio for restricting an interference signal generated in the cognitive radio system. A modeling apparatus for estimating the interference of a cognitive radio transmitting signal on digital TV broadcasting comprises a cognitive radio transmitting unit(110), a broadcasting transceiving unit(100), and a broadcasting reception estimating unit(120). The cognitive radio transmitting unit generates and transmits an interference signal in an OFDM(Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing) method. The broadcasting transceiving unit includes a broadcasting transmitting unit(101) and a broadcasting receiving unit(102). The broadcasting transmitting unit generates and transmits a baseband digital TV broadcasting signal with data on a program to be broadcasted. The broadcasting reception estimating unit estimates a degree of signal interference on the digital TV broadcasting signal by the interference signal from a signal that a broadcasting signal transmitted from the broadcasting transmitting unit is combined with an interference signal transmitted from the cognitive radio transmitting unit by the signal interference.
Abstract:
A method for simulating an interference measurement in a communication system is provided to measure an interference amount between adjacent channels by modeling a non-linear power amplifier using polynomials. A receiver model of an interference amount measurement simulating apparatus includes a baseband filter(311), an LNA(Low Noise Amplifier)(312), mixers(313,314), an oscillator(315), a phase shifter(316), and a demodulator(317). The baseband filter filters a received signal. The LNA non-linearly amplifies the filtered signal. A restored bit stream is outputted through the mixer, the oscillator, the phase shifter, and the demodulator. The mixer is modeled according to a standard receiver model. The interference amount measuring simulating apparatus adopts a direct conversion scheme without using an intermediate frequency.
