Abstract: The present invention relates to an open ring type continuous phase modulation device which decreases the complexity of a CE method using a continuous phase shift method; has a constant amplitude; and enables the conversion of an existing PSK system into a CPM system through minimum frequency shift. Also, the open ring type continuous phase modulation device enables the most efficient use of PA without a backup as the open ring type continuous phase modulation device can be operated in a point of an RF having the maximum PA without distortion of signals; and is applicable to equipment required for high efficiency wireless transmission technology such as new lighting using LED, military technology, and communication convergence technology.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An object position recognizing apparatus and a method in a position recognizing system are provided to supply the power to tags through a magnetic resonance type wireless power transmission by a position recognizing apparatus which recognizes the position of an object, thereby providing enough power necessary for the object position recognizing. CONSTITUTION: A radio frequency recognition reader(10) comprises a controlling unit(110), a power generation unit(120), a signal generation unit(130), a signal/power transmitter(140), a magnetic resonance unit(150), a signal receiving unit(160), and a position information processing unit(170). The signal generation unit generates a calling signal including the tag identifier information corresponding to an object in order to identify the object wanting to recognize the location, and transmits to the signal/power transmitter. The signal/power transmitter processes the signal in order to wirelessly transmit a power signal and the calling signal. The magnetic resonance unit is comprised of a magnetism resonator having the same resonant frequency with a wireless frequency identification tag(20) and provides the power signal and the calling signal received from the signal/power transmitter to the wireless frequency identification tag. The signal receiving unit obtains the tag identifier information or the position information about the tag called from the received signal which is signal-processed. The position information processor tracks the position of the object in which the wireless frequency identification tag is adhered based on the tag identifier information and position information.
