Abstract:
PURPOSE: A magnetic particle and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the security performance, brightness, oil absorption, and specific surface area of a magnetic particle. CONSTITUTION: A magnetic particle used for forming an inorganic light emitting layer comprises an inorganic light emitting layer, a magnetic core(100), a shell(300), and an aperture part(200) formed between the magnetic core and the shell, wherein the aperture or diameter of the aperture part is 10nm or greater. The inorganic light emitting layer comprises one or more kinds of host materials selected from the group consisting of erbium, eurofoam, ytterbium, holmium, and thulium and one or more kinds of guest materials selected from the group consisting of yttrium, gadolinium, vanadium, zinc, titanium, and oxide compositions thereof.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: Light-color magnetic particles and a preparation method thereof are provided to effectively achieve light color of magnetic particles using a small amount of coating material by employing white melamine-formaldehyde resin as the coating material. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing light-color magnetic particles is as follows. Melamine-formaldehyde resin, surfactant, and magnetic particles are mixed and stirred to coat the magnetic particles. The coated magnetic particles as are separated using a magnet. The melamine-formaldehyde resin is prepared by mixing melamine and formaldehyde aqueous solution and heating the mixture. The surfactant is one selected from the group consisting of pluronic F68, pluronic F127, pluronic P105, and pluronic L44. The magnetic particles are a mixture of one or more selected from the group consisting of iron, iron oxides, nickel, nickel oxide, cobalt, Ni-Co, Fe-Co, and chrome oxide.
