Abstract: PURPOSE: A depolymerization method of fucoidan using electrolysis is provided to improve absorption rate and efficacy of fucoidan by depolymerizing the fucoidan up to an oligosaccharide level in a short time while keeping functional groups of the fucoidan. CONSTITUTION: A depolymerization method of fucoidan using electrolysis comprises the steps of: adding sodium chloride, hydrochloride, KCL, formic acid, and acetic acid to an aqueous solution in which fucoidan of a polymer is dissolved; and electrolyzing a solution containing 0.01~ 3.0 M concentration of ion conductive components at a glow-discharge voltage(10 ~ 200 V) for 10~ 90 minutes.
Abstract translation: 目的:提供使用电解的岩藻依聚糖的解聚方法,以通过在短时间内将岩藻依聚糖解聚至寡糖水平,同时保持岩藻依聚糖的官能团,从而提高岩藻依聚糖的吸收率和功效。 构成:使用电解的岩藻依聚糖的解聚方法包括以下步骤:向溶解有聚合物的岩藻依聚糖的水溶液中加入氯化钠,盐酸盐,KCL,甲酸和乙酸; 并在辉光放电电压(10〜200V)下电解含有0.01〜3.0M浓度的离子传导性成分的溶液10〜90分钟。
