Abstract: Dispositivo de conector (10) que se puede mover de una posición desactivada a una posición activada a fin de establecer una comunicación fluida entre un primer recipiente (12) y un segundo recipiente que comprende: - un conjunto de manguito (24, 32, 34) con un primer extremo (36) y un segundo extremo (50) y una pared lateral cilíndrica, teniendo la pared lateral una superficie interna y una protuberancia (66, 67) formada en la superficie interna; - un primer elemento de unión (30) conectado al primer extremo del conjunto de manguito y adaptado para unirse al primer recipiente; - un segundo elemento de unión (28) conectado al segundo extremo del conjunto de manguito y adaptado para unirse al segundo recipiente; - un conjunto de perforación (26) que comprende un elemento perforador (76) colocado dentro del conjunto de manguito para proporcionar una vía de circulación de fluido entre el primer recipiente y el segundo, pudiéndose mover el conjunto de perforación entre una primera posición en la posición desactivada y una segunda posición en la posición activada, en donde el conjunto de perforación se desplaza sobrepasando la protuberancia, estando la protuberancia configurada para ponerse en contacto con el conjunto de perforación a fin de impedir que el conjunto de perforación vuelva a la primera posición.

A method of connecting a reconstitution device (10) to a drug container (14) having a top and a closure (24, 26) is also described as is a method of reconstituting a drug contained in a second container (14) with a diluent contained in a first container (12).
