Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To contrive to shorten a process by a method wherein chip mats, each of which is produced by forming a wooden piece coated with an adhesive curing under heat and pressure and on at least one surface side of each of which a surfacing material is put, are respectively placed on multistage press stands and then formed under heat and pressure. SOLUTION: Between parallel vertical parts 2, vertically moving multistage press stands 5 are provided. At the under side of a beam part 4, a press bearer 6 is provided. In addition, at the lowermost part of the press stand 5, a press table 8, which moves vertically with a piston 7, is provided. Chip mats A, on each of which a surfacing material B equipped with a prepreg is put, are respectively placed on the press stands 5 so as to be pressed between each heated press stand 5 and each press bearer 6. Since this surfacing material B is the prepreg of a phenolic resin-impregnated glass paper and a forming stock under semi-hardened state, when being pressed with the press stand 5 under heat, the surfacing material B is pasted to the chip mat A by means of the action of the adhesive applied onto wooden chips comprising the chip mat A and the infiltration and hardening of a phenolic resin in the chip mat A.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a sound insulation property from deteriorating due to low frequency band resonant transmission and reduce noise in a medium/high frequency range by arranging sound absorbing material on one part in an air layer between a ceiling slab and a vent material hung from it downward. SOLUTION: From a ceiling slab 1 made of a concrete slab and the like, a vent material 3 is hung through anchor bolts 11, and the vent material 3 is used as an internally faced ceiling material. A sound absorbing material 4 is arranged on only one part of air layers 2, 2 in a space between the ceiling slab 1 and the vent material 3. As for the sound absorbing material 4, a material constituted of a fiber aggregate having a fixed gas permeability and a ventilation resistance is used. Then, the sound insulation property against heavy weight source floor impact sound by low frequency band resonant transmission can be preventing from deteriorating, and simultaneously light weigh source floor impact noise in the medium/high frequency range can be reduced.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a sound absorbing characteristic in a medium/high frequency and transmit and reduce the resonant sound of a low frequency so as to lower a ceiling noise level by arranging a sound absorbing material unit having a fixed ventilation resistance and a gas permeability on the four corners of a ceiling slab. SOLUTION: Sound absorbing material 5 is partially arranged on the four corners of a ceiling slab 1 made of a concrete slab and the like and the other necessary places, an internally faced ceiling material 4 made of a gypsum board of 12 mm in thickness is arranged through hangers 2 on the part except them, and an air layer 3 is formed between the ceiling material and the ceiling slab 1. The sound absorbing material 5 is constituted of a square sound absorbing unit of 55 mm in thickness and 0.5 m in side length internally mounted with fiber aggregate which is molded out of staple under 30 denier in the center of fiber diameter distribution to make average apparent density to be 0.03-0.15 g/cm , Hereby, the unitized sound absorbing material 5 is easily arranged, a sound absorbing characteristic in the medium/high frequency is improved by ventilation resistance of the fiber aggregate, resonant sound of low frequency is transmitted and reduced by gas permeability, and hence the ceiling noise level can be lowered.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lower a ceiling noise level from a low frequency range to a high frequency range by arranging a resonance sound absorbing mechanism in an air layer formed-between a ceiling slab and an internally faced ceiling material. SOLUTION: An internally faced ceiling material 2 is arranged under a ceiling slab 1 made of a concrete slab and the like through anchor bolts, an air layer is formed between the ceiling material and the ceiling slab 1, resonance sound absorbing mechanisms 3 are provided on ceiling corner parts, and the other part is filled with sound absorbing material 4. In the resonance sound absorbing mechanism 3, a head part having an opening part is projectingly formed on a main body part forming a hollow part so as to downward project from the internally faced ceiling material 2, and the volume of the hollow part, the length of the head part, the sectional area of the opening part, and the like are adjusted so as to absorb and reduce the standing-wave in a chamber by a resonance phenomenon. Consequently, ceiling noise level can be lowered, by the resonance sound absorbing mechanisms against the low frequency range, and by the sound absorbing material 4 against the medium/high frequency range.

SOLUTION: Sound absorbing materials 5 are arranged on the four corners of a ceiling slab 1 made of a concrete slab and the like, and internally mounted ceiling material 4 made of a gypsum board of 12 mm in thickness is arranged on the part except them through hangers 2, and an air layer 3 is formed between the ceiling material and the ceiling slab 1. The sound absorbing material 5 is constituted of fiber aggregate which is molded out of staple under 30 denier in the center of fiber diameter distribution to make average apparent density to be 0.03-0.15 g/cm . Hereby the sound absorbing material 5 improves a sound absorbing characteristic of a medium/high frequency by the ventilation resistance, transmits/reduces resonant sound of a low frequency by the gas permeability, and ceiling noise can be lowered. If necessary, the sound absorbing material 5 is partially arranged on the peripheral part or the center part of a ceiling except the four corners.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To promote work efficiency of inspection by irradiating the surface with an ultraviolet ray after inspection liquid specifying content ratio of fluorescent paint is applied to the surface of a sheet. SOLUTION: For example, inspection liquid containing fluorescent paint is applied to the surface of a waterproof sheet 1 such as thermal storage layers arranged at the basement of a building. The inspection liquid is infiltrated into a pin-hole 2 existing in the waterproof sheet 1 by means of capillarity action, and infiltrated inspection liquid 3 is formed in the pin-hole 2. Then, after the inspection liquid on the surface of the waterproof sheet 1 is scraped off with scraper, etc., an ultraviolet lamp is made to irradiate the infiltrated inspection liquid 3 to emit light, and the pin-hole 2 is found out. In that case, content ratio of the fluorescent paint in the inspection liquid is 0.15-0.25 wt.%, and content ratio of water is 90-95 wt.%. By the constitution, anybody can find the pin-hole, at the same time, work efficiency can be promoted, and working hours can be greatly reduced.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ligneous finishing material at a low cost in which mutual adhesion force and impregnation properties of a resin are excellent and therefore marring resistance is excellent. SOLUTION: The ligneous finishing material is produced by impregnating a thermosetting resin being in a semi-rigid state into a sheet base material to form a sheet 2 and superposing the sheet 2 on a baseplate 1 capable of impregnating the resin and superposing a decorative material 3 capable of impregnation of the resin on the sheet 2 and performing thermal press to mutually bond them. The solvent content of the sheet 2 being in the prepreg (semi-rigid) state is regulated to 3-15wt.%. Thereby, bonding at time of thermal press and impregnation of the resin into the decorative materials are fully performed and workability is good and marring resistance of the decorative material is enhanced. Further, an adhesive for bonding the decorative material to the baseplate is unnecessary. Both the sheet and the decorative material are certainly laminated on the baseplate by only performing thermal press.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To contrive effective reduction of noise in a low frequency band by incorporating a resonance sound absorption system into hollow structure or solid structure. SOLUTION: A resonance sound absorption system 2 is constituted of a body part 21 for forming to utilize the beam 1 of hollow structure or solid structure whose inside is partially drilled and having a cavity part, a neck part 22 communicating with the body part 21, and an opening part 23 opened toward the inside of a room. The system 20 reduces and absorbs a standing wave generated in the room by utilizing a resonance phenomenon caused by the mass of air existing in the communicating passage of the neck part 22 and the air spring component of the cavity part of the body part 21. Thereby the noise level of a low frequency band which causes the highest concern in a weight source floor impact sound can be reduced, the resonance sound absorption system can be disposed without being projected into the room, and if part of the resonance sound absorption system is made variable structure, minute adjustment can be finely performed in accordance with a condition of the room.

SOLUTION: The whole surface of a heat-insulating material 2 made up of the foam of polyurethane, polypropylene, etc., is covered with a surface material 3 consisting of a waterproof resin such as polypropylene, polyethylene, etc., and the heat-insulating waterproof panel 1 is formed. The end section of the heat-insulating waterproof panel 1 is cut to expose the heat-insulating material 2 and the beltlike cover material 4 of the same raw material as the surface material 3 is welded at the end section 3A of the surface material 3 so as to cover the heat-insulating material 2 in a cut surface C. A inserting piece 4A is formed to the cover material 4, a notch 2A is formed in the heat- insulating material 2 exposed in response to the inserting piece 4A, and the inserting piece 4A and the notch 2A are fitted. Accordingly, moisture absorption and water absorption from the cur end section can be prevented.
