    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Si photoreceptor onto which toner is prevented from sticking, when cleaned and with which a satisfactory image can be formed, and to provide an image-forming device. SOLUTION: This Si photoreceptor is obtained by depositing a photoconductive layer 102 containing a-Si on an electrically conductive substrate 101 having a surface roughness Ra of smaller than 9 nm, preferably smaller than 6 nm, in 10 μm×10 μm surface area. The layer 102 has such unevenness of the surface roughness in 10 μm× 10 μm surface area that the difference of the heights of uneven points corresponding to the cumulative frequency of the uneven points in height of 90% or 50% is made to be 3 to 35 nm, preferably 5 to 30 nm by taking the deepest point as the reference.
