Abstract: PURPOSE:To facilitate the easy insulation between metal and another metal part of a flash device, by applying a coat for insulation on the rear surface of the back metal. CONSTITUTION:An insulated coat 8 is adhered close on the rear surface of a back metal 7. The coat 8 is formed by sticking an electrically insulated tape like a polyester film adhesive tape, etc. to a shining alloy aluminum plate, i.e., a material of the metal 7 with a press process and then forming them into a form of the metal 7. With application of such coat 8, an electrical contact is avoided between the metal 7 and a rail 1 to assure the insulation between the metal 7 and another metal part. Thus the insulation can be facilitated for a flash device.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To increase the degree of freedom of builiding-in by providing a lens drive starting magnet in order to interlock release operation and lens drive starting operation and interlocking winding stop releasing operation to this. CONSTITUTION:In a film winding completed state, a lens 1 charges a spring 3 and is in a close-up or infinite position. When a magnet 8 is de-energized by release operation, a member 9 is turned left by a spring 15. This causes the pressing of the pin 4a of a sector gear to be released and the lens starts focusing operation. On the other hand, a winding releasing lever also becomes turnable by menas of a spring 12, by which a winding stop lever 16 is released of the engagement with a drum 18, thus winding of the film becomes possible. Since these eliminate the need for mechanically interlocking the shutter to the film system in the case of using an electromagnetic drive shutter, the advantage of not requiring charging may be utilized to a maximum.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To check data in the dislay part and enable the same to be imprinted on film plane by arraying and forming two sets of symbol patterns to display the same data on a liquid crystal display element and driving these with the same driving circuit. CONSTITUTION:A battery 7, an IC 9 containing driving circuit, etc. a liquid crystal display element 11, etc. are mounted on the printed wiring substrate 6 in the camera and the number-displaying segments which display the year, month and date or the hour and minute respectively are disposed in two sets for display 112 and imprinting 11b on the display element 11. Displaying symbols 11a are normally displayed in the display window of the cover front of the camera body and the photographer is able to visually check this display. When a switch 14 closes in cooperation to depression of a shutter button at the time of photographing, a lamp 13 lights for a fixed time and the imprinting symbols 11b are recorded on a film 19.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a laser scanner with improved heat radiating properties. SOLUTION: An optical box 50 is constituted of aluminum having high heat conductivity, and a motor 52 to which a polygon mirror 51 is attached is arranged inside the box 50. A cylindrical part 53a is provided on the flange 53 of the motor 52 so as to surround the lower part of the mirror 51 for the purpose of rectification. The periphery of the mirror 51 in the box 50 is covered with a cover member 54 consisting of aluminum for the purpose of tight sealing, and a cylindrical part 54a for rectification is provided inside the member 54. An aperture part 54b through which a laser beam is inputted/outputted is provided on the external wall of the member 54. In order to improve tight sealing properties, a sealing member 56 consisting of heat radiation rubber and having high heat conductivity is interposed between the box 50 and the member 54, and a sealing member 57 consisting of an O-ring for improving the tight sealing properties and having the high heat conductivity is interposed between the housing 50 and the motor 52.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prolong the service life of a roller by providing a roller with an annular surface layer part made of an elastic material, forming the surface layer part with an annular first and second parts axially arranged, and making an outer diameter of the roller of the first part larger than that of the roller of the second part. SOLUTION: A pick-up roller is formed by a frictional member 2 comprising two large diameter parts 2-a and a small diameter part 2-b formed therebetween, and a core member 3 having a mounting part 3-a and a flange part 3-b of the frictional member 2. At the start of use, two large diameter parts 2-a of the frictional member 2 are contacted with a sheet material to feed the sheet material. When the frictional coefficient is decreased due to the change of the surface condition of the large diameter part 2-a caused by consumption, the feeding force is impaired, the slippage is generated between the large diameter parts 2-a and the sheet material, the large diameter parts 2-a are shaven by the sheet material, which reduces the outer diameter, so that the small diameter part 2-b makes contact with the sheet material. Since the surface condition of the small diameter part 2-b is not deteriorated, the sheet material can be fed without slippage.

Abstract: PURPOSE: To enhance heat radiation effect by providing a mount on a prinrted circuit board for a heat sink and surrounding the printed circuit board with the heat sink so as to avoid improper contact between a CCD and a socket, and shield electric noises. CONSTITUTION: A heat sink 27 dissipating heat of a CCD is made of a metallic material such as aluminum for shield effect and heat radiation effect, and a holding member 25 is fixed to the heat sink 27 with a fixing screw 32 at a mount part 25-a whose part is folded. Then a light shield member and a fixing member 14 are fixed by a fixing screw 33, the holding member 25 is soldered to the fixing member 14 to integrate a lens unit and the CCD. The heat sink 27 has a mount part for the printed circuit board 29 and surrounds the printed circuit board 29. Since the heat sink and shield plate being a conductor is near the legs of the CCD, radiation noise from itself is hardly produced with less affects on the components. Since the heat sink and the shield plate are formed as one plate, the heat radiation efficiency is excellent and the cost is reduced.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent out-of-focus photographing from being executed by disabling a camera to be assembled to a photographing device in the case that an operation member which switches the ordinary photographing and the macro- photographing is not set at a prescribed position. CONSTITUTION:The positioning hole of the still video(SV) camera is aligned with the positioning pin 11a of an armor 11 and the SV camera is inserted in the aperture part 11b of the armor 11 of the photographing device 10. Then, the SV camera is fixed in the photographing device 10 by a camera fixing screw 12. In such a case, when a macro switching knob 9 is set at a macro- photographing position, it abuts on the armor 11 and it is not engaged with a notched part 11c. As the result, the SV camera is not assembled and fixed to the photographing device. Then, a photographer recognizes that the knob 9 is set at the macro-photographing position, returns the knob 9 to the ordinary photographing position and assembles the SV camera to the photographing device 10.
