Abstract:
Systems, methods, and a user interface for automatically scheduling a media play is disclosed. The user can specify criteria for play of the media play, including times, stations, and/or external criteria such as a weather condition or the occurrence of an event. Information relevant to the entered criteria is received and assessed against the criteria to determine if the criteria are met. Responsive to the received information meeting the criteria for play of the media play, an accessor accesses the media play inventory and inserts the media play into a media feed.

Abstract:
A feedback system for controlling play of media content is disclosed. The feedback system for controlling play of media content includes a hub that is at least partially remote from a media content play point, for accessing and instructing a forwarding of the media content for play, at least one output associated with the hub that contributes non-play content, wherein parsed non- play content enables the hub to instruct a preemption of a first of the media play content with an insertion of a second of the media play content to the media content play point, a first input to the hub that monitors, after a first play of the media content at the media content play point, for availability of at least one second play of the media content, a second input to the hub that effectuates the non-play content to the at least one output based on feedback from a first play of the media content.
Abstract:
A system for providing enhanced radio content to a remote user is disclosed. The system includes at least one input that receives non-radio input; and, at least one output interconnected to the at least one input via a hub, wherein the at least one output receives the enhanced radio content via the hub after at least one manipulation of the non-radio input by the hub to form the enhanced radio content, wherein the at least one manipulation is in accordance with the at least one non-radio input.
Abstract:
A method for capturing a broadcast is disclosed. The method for capturing a broadcast includes detecting an approximate start time of the broadcast, wherein said detecting includes monitoring for a broadcast trigger, identifying the broadcast and a timed length thereof, such that, based on the timed length and the approximate start time, an approximate end time may be calculated, and recording the broadcast from the trigger to the approximate end time, wherein said recording has captured the broadcast of radio advertising.
Abstract:
The present invention provides a system for managing broadcasting of media content. The system includes at least one database at a hub, wherein at least one digital file associated with the media content is relationally present in the at least one database, and a computer software accessible at a local media play point remote from the hub that provides a graphical user interface for at least scheduling, editing, and distributing of a plurality of ones of the at least one digital file for broadcasting, where the interface includes at least a header reader that allows for graphical display of header information, wherein the header information includes at least a graphic, indicative of length of play and a plurality of alerts occurring within the length of play. Also included is at least one computerized device at the local media play point for accessing and playing the at least one digital file.
Abstract:
Systems, methods, and a user interface for automatically scheduling a media play are disclosed. The user can specify, via the user interface, a strategy for how missed plays are made good. A play verifier reports which scheduled advertisements failed to play on a periodic basis or real time basis. Advertising campaign managers receive notification of play failures and determine the remedial action to take according to the criteria selected by the user for how to compensate for missed plays.
Abstract:
A system for optimizing play of media content, and a method of optimizing play of media content are disclosed. The system for optimizing play of media content includes a hub that is at least partially remote from a media content play point, for accessing and instructing a forwarding of the media content for play, at least one output associated with the hub that contributes non-play content, and at least one module at the media content play point for the parsing of the non-play content, wherein the parsed non-play content enables the hub to instruct a preemption of a first of the media play content with an accessing and insertion of a second of the media play content to the media content play point.
