Abstract: PURPOSE:To check a temperature rise in an actuator itself in the case where a fan is operated into a state of being selected to both c.w. and c.c.w. rotations by this actuator, in this reversible selector structure of the radiator fan. CONSTITUTION:An actuator 24 is set up in a fresh-air passage C lying between two intake parts 20 and 30 of bonnets 6, 28 and a radiator 8, cooling this actuator 24 by means of fresh air passing through the passage C. In addition, a reversibly selecting transfer member of a fan 9 and the actuator 24 are connected to each other by two linkage members 26 and 27, and this transfer member is selected to both c.w. and c.c.w positions by the actuator 24.

CONSTITUTION:This aggregate for harvesting work is composed of a combination of a combine 1 capable of independently performing a working travel and a transport vehicle 2 capable of independently traveling. This aggregate for harvesting work is equipped with a mechanical coupling unit 3 for controlling change of the relative position in the left and right direction or the back and forth direction between the combine 1 and the transport vehicle 2 in a state in which both the units are arranged in the left and right direction so as to be able to travel parallelly.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To make anything unusual accurately detectable in the case where a selector member for normal and reverse rotations is remotely controlled by an actuator and an interlocking member, in this reversibly selecting structure of a fan for a radiator made up of being capable of selecting both normal and reverse rotations of this radiator fan owing to a belt tension construction. CONSTITUTION:This selecting structure is provided with a first detecting means 29 detecting an operating position of an actuator 24 and a second detecting means 28 detecting an operating position of a selector member 16, and in this constitution, on the basis of each detected value of both these first and second detecting means 29 and 28, a warning is emitted in the case where both these operating positions of the actuator 24 and the selector member 16 are not conformed to each other.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide a combine harvester suppressed in dust blow from a threshing chamber and noise generation, capable of preventing development of unthreshing, equipped with a vibration sensor, etc., midway of grain culm conveying route. CONSTITUTION:Midway of grain culm conveying route for threshing operation, the following means are installed: (1) a whole culm feeder 16 switchable between (A) reaped grain culm conveyance mode and (B) whole culm feed mode with which the whole reaped grain culm is fed in a thresher 2 by releasing the hold of reaped grain culm feet, (2) a sensor 30 to detect the vibration due to the load variation at the thresher 2 and (3) a short culm sensor S2 to detect that the length of the grain culms being conveyed toward the thresher 2 is at or below a specified value. And, it is controlled in such a way that, based on information from the sensor S2, the whole culm feeder 16 is switched from the mode A to the mode B, and also, based on information from the sensor 30, the whole culm feeder 16 is returned from the mode B to the mode A.

Besides, a control means 12 is formed so as to be designed that, when the sensors 15 and S2 are actuated, the whole culm charger 16 is switched from grain culm conveyance mode to whole culm feed mode, after that, when the sensor SW is actuated, the driven velocity of a reaping pretreatment section is maintained at a set value, and after a lapse of a specified time from the point when the sensor SW is actuated, the whole culm feeder 16 is returned to grain culm conveyance mode and the driven velocity maintenance mode for the reaping pretreatment section is released.

CONSTITUTION:A transmission mode switching mechanism B is formed so as to be switchable between (A) such a mode as to drive a reaping pretreatment section 4 at a speed synchronized with vehicle speed and (B) a constant speed mode with which the section 4 is driven at a set speed, and a whole culm feeder 16 is installed midway of grain culm conveying route for threshing operation. And, a short culm sensor is disposed so as to detect that the length of grain culms conveyed toward a thresher is at or below a specified value; and when it is detected to be in reaping operation while gradually raising the reaping height of grain culms and the short culm sensor is actuated, the whole culm feeder 16 is switched from grain culm conveyance mode to whole culm feed mode, and also, if vehicle speed is in a low speed state at or below the specified speed, the mechanism B is controlled so as to switch from the mode A to the mode B.

When it is detected to be in reaping operation while gradually raising grain culm reaping height and also it is detected by an ultrasonic sensor 26 that the height of a reaping pretreatment section 4 above the ground come to a specified value, respective lift mechanisms are driven so that left and right traveling devices 1, 1 relatively descend to the corresponding set positions and the reaping pretreatment section 4 is driven so that the value from a lift angle sensor to detect the height of the section 4 relative to the machine body come to a specified value; after that, when a short culm sensor S2 is actuated so as to detect that the length of the grain culms to be conveyed is at or below a specified value, the whole culm feeder 16 is controlled to switch from grain culm conveyance mode to whole culm feed mode.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent needless increase of load on a thresher while suppressing occurrence of unthreshed grain culm by effectively utilizing a threshing depth adjusting mechanism without complicating the structure. CONSTITUTION:A grain culm transporting mechanism for combine harvester is constituted to hold the foot side of grain culm by a gripping conveyor 8 and to thresh the ear tip side of grain culm in a thresher 2. Apair of grain culm existence sensors S1 and S2 are set in the midst of a transporting passageway for the thresher 2 and a threshing depth adjusting mechanism M1 for regulating the threshing depth of reaped grain culm in the thresher 2 is installed so that the ear tip of grain culm is positioned between both the sensors S1 and S2. A whole culm throwing device capable of releasing holding at the foot side and changeable to a state for feeding the whole culm of reaped grain culm to the thresher 2 is installed. In a state in which the threshing depth adjusting mechanism M1 is adjusted to the deepest threshing side, when the grain culm existence sensors S1 and S2 detect absence of grain culm, the whole culm throwing device is controlled and converted from a holding and transporting state to a whole grain throwing state after the lapse of a given time of transportation of reaped grain culm from the set positions of the sensors S1 and S2 to the whole grain throwing device.
