    Abstract: A scroll compressor includes: a casing (110); a driving motor (120); a fixed scroll (140) which forms a compression space having a suction chamber, an intermediate pressure chamber and a discharge chamber, by being coupled to the orbiting scroll (150); and a discharge cover (190) installed at an inner space of the casing, having a space portion (191) communicated with a discharge chamber by being separated from the inner space of the casing, and having one or more discharge holes (195) on a side surface of the space portion corresponding to an inner wall surface of the casing, among surfaces of the space portion, the discharge hole for communicating inside and outside of the space portion with each other. With such a configuration, vibration noise of the compressor may be more reduced than in a case where an oil separator is installed outside the casing. Further, as an area of the discharge hole and a volume of the space portion are optimized, efficiency of the compressor may be enhanced.

    Abstract: A hermetic compressor includes a vane (351, 352, 353) that is inserted into the roller (340), rotates with the roller, and is pushed out toward the inner circumference of the cylinder (330) by the rotation of the roller to divide the compression chamber into a plurality of spaces (333a, 333b, 333c), the vane including: a body portion (355) that has a sealing surface contacting the inner circumference of the cylinder and is inserted into the roller; and a guide portion that extends from an axial end of the body portion in a direction crossing the direction the vane slides out, and that is slidably inserted into a guide groove (311a, 321a) formed on at least one of the first and second bearings (310, 320) to restrain the vane from sliding out of the roller toward the inner circumference of the cylinder in at least some part of the circumference of the cylinder. By this, the mechanical friction loss in the vane may be reduced.

    Abstract: A scroll compressor may include a casing (110) having a sealed inner space; a drive motor (120) provided in the inner space of the casing to generate a rotational force; a rotating shaft (160) coupled to a rotor of drive motor to rotate; an orbiting scroll (150) formed of an aluminum material, and coupled to the rotating shaft to perform an orbiting movement; a fixed scroll (140) coupled to the orbiting scroll to form a compression space consisting of a suction chamber, an intermediate pressure chamber and a discharge chamber; and a rotation prevention member (170) coupled to the orbiting scroll, and formed of a sintered metal. As a result, it may be possible to prevent an Oldham ring from being worn out due to contact with the orbiting scroll. Furthermore, a weight loss portion or wear-resistant coating layer may be formed on a part of the Oldham ring, thereby suppressing a vibration noise of the compressor from being increased due to a weight increase of the Oldham ring.
