Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain sealability even if small amount of dusts, etc., are engaged and to effectively isolate between high pressure and low pressure sides by providing an annular groove on the end face of a third valve body in a third valve unit and pressing an annular elastic sealing ring partly protruding from the end face. CONSTITUTION:In a third valve unit 9, an annular groove 23 is formed on the end face of a first relief valve 13 of a valve body 22, and an elastic sealing ring 24 is pressed to be engaged. Refrigerant flows via a compressor 2 a condenser 3 a first valve unit 6 a capillary - a tube 4 an evaporator 5 a second valve unit 7 the compressor 2 to perform a freezing action. In this case, a leakage occurs between the third valve body 22 and the first relief valve 13, the quantity of refrigerant flowing from the condenser 3 to the capillary tube 4 is reduced that much, thereby disturbing a normal freezing action. This leakage occurs due to fine dusts in a freezing cycle system circulating together with the refrigerant and being engaged between the third valve body 22 and the first relieve valve 13. Since the fine dusts are sucked by the elastically deformed part of the elastic sealing ring 24 at this time, the sealability of the third valve unit is obtained.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To enable surface polishing of a valve seat and to improve sealing ability by providing an auxiliary bearing part which is disposed to a plate in a manner to cover a plate, sealing the end surface of a cylinder and provided on a surface opposite to a cylinder with a delivery valve and a valve seat, and a delivery valve, and pivotally supports the side, opposite to a motor element, of a shaft and a plurality of delivery mufflers. CONSTITUTION:Gas compressed by a compression chamber 6 flows through a gap between a valve seat 17 of a plate 15 and a delivery valve 16, and is released in a closed vessel 1 after the passage of it through a first chamber 20a of a delivery muffler chamber 20, a communicating passage 20d, a second chamber 20b, a communicating passage 20e, a third chamber 20c, and an auxiliary bearing delivery hole 19. The load of a shaft 5 is supported by main and auxiliary bearings 10 and 18. Thus, by division of a bearing function from a valve seat function, the plate 15 can form a plate, surface polishing of the valve seat surface and the surface on the cylinder side of the plate is practicable, and machining precision of the valve seat surface is improved. A delivery muffler chamber formed with the auxiliary bearing and the plate can be formed with a plurality of muffler chambers and a communicating passage, and a muffling effect.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve the refrigerating capability by inserting airtightly pinched heat insulating materials between cylinder both end faces and at least one of side housings. CONSTITUTION:A rotor side heat insulating material 15 is airtightly pinched between a side housing 8 on the rotor side and a cylinder, a heat insulating material 16 on the opposite side to the rotor is airtightly pinched between a side housing 10 on the opposite side to the rotor and the cylinder 7. The heat insulation property between the cylinder 7 and the side housings 8 and 10 is increased, the thermal effect between a compression element and the refrigerant gas is decreased, thus the specific gravity quantity of the intake refrigerant gas under the same intake volume is increased. The refrigerating capability is improved, a compressor with high efficiency can be realized.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To simplify a work process by sandwiching and fixing a metal plate strainer between the end part of an intake pipe and the bottom face of a large diameter portion. CONSTITUTION:A metal plate strainer 14 is sandwhiched and fixed by means of the end of an intake pipe 12 and the bottom face part 6d of a large deameter part by press-inserting the intake pipe 12 into the large diameter part 6c of the intake pipe mounting hole 6a. Therefore, it is not required to fix the metal plate strainer to the intake pipe itself, and the metal plate strainer 14 can be sandwiched and fixed when the intake pipe 12 is forced in the intake pipe mounting hole 6a of an anti-motor side plate 6. Therefore the shape of the intake pipe 12 is simplified and a work man-hour can be decreased.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To reduce a flow passage loss as well as to enhance an adiabatic effect of intake gas by interconnecting a suction tube and an inlet muffler to each other with a joint spring engaged parallelly in the axial direction of a hermetically sealed vessel. CONSTITUTION:An interval between a suction tube 4 tightly attached to an upper shell 1a of a hermetically sealed vessel 1 and an inlet muffler 3 is interconnected by a joint spring 6 engaged parallelly in the axial direction of the vessel 1. Then, cold refrigerant gas being returned from an external refrigerant circuit is fed to the inside of a cylinder via those of suction tube 4, joint spring 6 and inlet muffler 3 and compressed. Consequently, a suction route up to the inlet muffler 3 in the vessel 1 is reducible rectilinearly and, what is more, intake gas is hard to be warmed owing to ambient gas in the hermetically sealed vessel 1 in consequence.

CONSTITUTION:An interval between a suction tube 4 and an inlet muffler 3 tightly attached to an upper shell 1a of a hermetically sealed vessel 1 is interconnected by a joint spring 6 engaged parallelly in the axial direction of the vessel 1 via a damper collar 5 with a taper opening 5 engaged with the inlet muffler 3. This opening 5 of the damper collar 5 is formed into a taper form whereby the joint spring 6 is easily insertable simultaneously at the time of insertion into the hermetically sealed vessel 1.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To reduce the noise by supporting a motor element and a compressor element in an enclosed case via a supporting spring and press-fitting both ends of the supporting spring to the projection of the motor element and the snapper of the enclosed case respectively. CONSTITUTION:A motor element 1 and a compressor element 2 are elastically supported in an enclosed case 4 via a supporting spring 3 respectively. A frame 5 constituting the compressor element 2 is constituted of a holding section 9 holding a main body 6 and the stator 7 of the motor element 1 via stator bolts 8 and a projection 10 press-fitted to the supporting spring 3 from above. The lower end of a snapper 11 is fixed to the inner face of the enclosed case 4, and its upper end is press-fitted to the lower end of the supporting spring 3. The vibration generated by the motor element 1 and compressor element 2 is thereby prevented from being transmitted to the enclosed case 4. The sliding contact between the projection 10 of the frame 5 and the supporting spring 3 is dissolved.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To remove the pressure pulsation of a sucked refrigerant by freely coupling one end of a rotor with the compression chamber side of a suction passage and the other end with the non-compression chamber side and stretching a belt on the outer periphery of the rotor. CONSTITUTION:A rotor 10 in a suction passage 17 is driven by a belt 19 via the rotation of a crank shaft in the forward direction to the refrigerant flow from the non-compression chamber side 17a of the suction passage 17 to a compression chamber 20 and in the reverse direction to the refrigerant flow from the compression chamber 20 side to the non-compression chamber 20 side on the contrary. The rotor 18 forcibly feeds the refrigerant sucked into the suction passage 17 to the compression chamber 20. In addition, the counter- flow generated in the compression chamber 20 is not transmitted to the non- compression chamber 17a side of the suction passage by the rotation of the rotor 18, thus the pulsation is reduced.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To reduce the sliding loss by positioning and fixing two ball bearings at the position where balls are compressed. CONSTITUTION:The inner races of a lower ball bearing 22 and an upper bearing 23 are press-fitted into a crank 2 having a step difference for positioning. The outer races of the ball bearings 22 and 23 are loose-fitted onto a bearing 24 having a positioning step difference. Further, a wave-shaped molded leaf spring 25 is installed in the thrust direction between the outer frame 22a of the ball bearing 22 and a bearing 24, and the ball bearing 23 is press-fitted into a crank 21 so that the leaf spring 25 is set at the compressed position. Further, a sleeve press-fitted onto the crank 21 is press-fitted and fixed for preventing the slip-off of the ball bearing 23. With such constitution, the sliding loss of the bearing can be reduced.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To increase the lift quantity and reduce the passage resistance by punching out the valve receiving part of a head cover made of iron into nearly U-figure shape and bending said punched-out part outwardly and shaping said part to the shape conforming with the lift shape of a discharge lead valve. CONSTITUTION:A head cover 9 is formed by attaching a substrate 9a in one plate form and a cover 9b prepared through drawing work, through pleasing, and a valve receiving part 9c which receives a discharge lead valve 5 is formed onto the substrate 9a. In this case, the valve receiving part 9c is punched out into nearly U-figure form and bent outwardly and shaped to the shape conforming to the lift shape of the discharge lead valve 5. Gas is inhaled into a cylinder 1 from a suction muffler 8 through a suction lead valve 3, and compress by a piston 2 and discharge into the head cover 9 through the discharge lead valve 5. Since the valve receiving part 9c is shaped to the above-described shape, the discharge lead valve 5 can be smoothly opened and closed.
