Abstract: PURPOSE:To suppress absorption of a moisture content by freezer oil in a hermetic compressor body during mounting and exchange. CONSTITUTION:Openable on-off valves 8a and 8b are located in the discharge pipe 2 and the suction pipe 3 of a body 1. The closed container of the body 1 previously sealed with freezer oil needed during operation forms refrigerant atmosphere used in a freezing cycle. This constitution performs mounting and exchange without exposing the interior of a compressor to the atmosphere.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To reduce the operation cost and maintain comfortable performance based on the application of night power by installing a primary refrigeration cycle communicated with a refrigerant heat exchanger and a heat storage tank, a secondary refrigeration cycle communicated with an indoor heat exchanger and indoor equipment, and inter-communicating with inlet and outlet collection pipes of indoor equipment. CONSTITUTION:A compressor 2, a four way valve 3, an outdoor heat exchanger 4, an expansion valve 5, a first heat exchange section 14 for a refrigerant heat exchanger, and a heat exchanger 12 inside a heat storage tank are communicated so that a primary refrigeration cycle is formed. A second heat exchange section 15 for the refrigerant heat exchanger, a second heat exchanger 16 inside the heat storage tank, a first refrigerant transfer pump PM, indoor heat exchangers 8a, 8b, and 8c, and flow rate control valves 7a, 7b, and 7c are communicated so that a secondary refrigeration cycle may be formed. Furthermore, an attempt is made to intercommunicate the outlet and inlet collection pipes for indoor equipment 6a, 6b, and 6c in each refrigeration cycle for multichamber air conditioners A and B by way of a header 17 so as to form a heat transfer cycle. It is, therefore, possible to reduce operation cost, using low cost night power.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To make the indoor temperature distribution ideal with more warmth around the lower part of the body than the upper part by providing a means for switching the outlet for air between an upper outlet as a passage to a room and a lower outlet from an air duct according to heating or cooling and by forming in a double floor a vent at an end as a passage to the room and openings at desirable positions as passages to the room. CONSTITUTION:There are provided an indoor machine 21 installed close to the ceiling 18, an air duct 27 having a length extending from the lower part of the indoor machine and reaching the void 33 of a double floor 32, an upper outlet 28 for air as a passage to the room on the front of the indoor machine, a lower outlet 31 for air from the air duct as a passage to the void 33, an outlet switching means 24 for switching between these outlets according to the operation mode of heating or cooling, a vent 34 as a passage to the room formed in the double floor at an end, and openings 35 as passages to the room at desirable positions. With this constitution in heating, warm air is sent out through the vent 34 at the end of the double floor 38 and through the openings 35 located as desired, thus effecting heating by air of a low speed ejected from under the room, whereas, in cooling, cool air is ejected from the upper outlet 28 located close to the ceiling in the indoor machine, sent flowing along the ceiling, and sucked through the vent and the openings provided in the double floor. Thus an ideal warm environment giving more warmth to the lower part of the body than the upper part can be produced.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To get a hot heat environment having a superior distribution of temperature in both cooling and heating operations by a method wherein several openings arranged in a double floor are installed near an end part spaced apart from a lower diffuser mounting position. CONSTITUTION:Several openings 17a.....17x formed in a double floor 14 to make a room 6 communicate with a hollow part 15 are arranged near the end part spaced apart from a lower diffuser 9 of an indoor device 1 and a fewer openings are arranged near the lower diffuser 9. During a cooling operation, a fan 11 is rotated in a normal direction, the air flows upwardly, passes through a heat exchanger 10, the cooled air strikes against a ceiling from an upper diffuser 8, descends and then the cooled air is sucked through the openings 17a.....17x and further sucked through the lower diffuser 9. During a heating operation, the fan 11 is rotated in a reverse direction, hot air is blown out from the lower diffuser 9, the hot air passes through a hollow part 15 of a double floor 14, the air is blown from the openings 17a.....17x into a room at a fine slow speed, the air is sucked again by the fan 11 through the lower diffuser 9. Since there is a small number of openings 17a.....17x near the lower diffuser 9, an amount of air sucked through the openings near the lower diffuser 9 or blown out into a room is reduced. Accordingly, a difference in temperature in the room is quite low.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To make it possible to cool an electric motor evenly by providing linking passages to link a discharge chamber at the upper side of a fixed scroll and a motor chamber, and a notch to link the motor chamber and an oil chamber under the motor chamber, and arranging a partition plate under the motor. CONSTITUTION:An enclosed container to accomodate a block 9 to fix a fixed scroll 1 and an electric motor 8 is divided into a discharge chamber 15 positioned at the upper side of the fixed scroll 1, a motor chamber 18, and an oil chamber 24, and linking passages 16 and 17 to link the discharge chamber 15 and the motor chamber 18 are formed at the outer periphery of the block 9 and the fixed scroll 1. And while a duct 25 is furnished opposing the linking passages 16 and 17, a notch 26 to link the motor chamber 18 and the oil chamber 24 is furnished at the outer periphery of the motor 8 opposing the duct 26. And at the lower side of the motor 8, a partition plate 27 with a blind part 27a opposing the notch 26 and numerous pores 27c is arranged to prevent the remixing of the oil to the coolant.

Abstract: PURPOSE: To save energy by constituting a refrigerating machine of a rotary compressor, a condenser, a pressure reducing unit, an evaporator, a high pressure side valve interposed between the evaporator and the capacitor, and a low pressure side valve interposed between the evaporator and the rotary compressor. CONSTITUTION: When a refrigerating machine is operating, refrigerant gas delivered from a rotary compressor 1 flows smoothly to a condenser 4, the high pressure circuit 5a of a fluid control valve 5, a capillary tube 6, an evaporator 7, the low pressure circuit 5b of a fluid control valve 5, a suction line 8 and the compressor 1. When the compressor 1 is stopped during the stoppage of the refrigerating machine, the low pressure side valve 17 and the high pressure side valve 15 of the fluid control valve 5 are closed simultaneously to prevent superheat gas from flowing into the evaporator 7. When a transition is made from stopping state to operating state, gas in the gas reservoir 10e of a valve chamber 10c is absorbed as the compressor 1 is operated. Consequently, the load onto the motor section of the compressor 1 is reduced and the compressor 1 is started easily.
