Abstract: PURPOSE:To keep initial heat insulating performance without an internal pressure rise for a long period and solve the waste material problem for foam waste material by using, as a core material, a hard urethane foam panel continuously foamed including a skin part. CONSTITUTION:A face material 6 such as a paper or nonwoven fabric having a silicon oil on the surface is put in a jig 5, a mixed raw material consisting of an organic polycyanate, a polyol, a catalyst, a foam making agent, a foaming agent, and a cell continuing agent is injected followed by foaming to provide a hard urethane foam block 4. A hard urethane foam panel obtained by cutting the hard urethane foam block 4 to an optional size is used as a core material, which is then covered with a vessel consisting of a metal-plastic laminate film, and the internal part is evacuated and sealed to manufacture a heat insulator.

CONSTITUTION:This thermal insulating box is composed of an inner box 6 having limited resin constituents and having high nitrile thermoplastic resin constituent added with higher fatty acid ester of polyhydric alcohol, wherein hard urethane foam 7 composed of HCFC-123 or HCFC-141 and its mixture as foam agent constituent and organic polyisocyanate having limited constituent as isocyanate constituent is mixed and filled between the inner box 6 and a metallic outer box 3.

Hard urethane 6 is foamed and filled in the space interior between the inner casing 3 and the outer casing 4 to rationally form a heat insulating box body with high heat insulating property even over lapse of time. Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric water heater having various shapes easy to handle and capable of keeping high heat insulating property without causing any deterioration by providing a vacuum heat insulating layer firmly sealing a space between heat- resistant laminate films arranging a core material to be vacuum and forming the laminate film a seal layer, a gas barrier layer and a protecting layer. SOLUTION: The main body 1 of this electric water heater is provided with a water reserving container 2 reserving hot water inside and the top of the main body 1 is covered with an openable/closable upper cover 4. The center part of a heating heater 13 is vacant in the form of a doughnut and mounted to the lower part of the container 2, and a temperature detector 14 is attached to the lower part of the container 2 and the center part of the heater 13. Then, a vacuum heat insulating material 20 is wound around the side surface of the container 2 to play the role of suppressing the escape of the heat of the container 2 from the side surface. The core material of the material 20 is housed in an inner bag and the inner bag housing the core material is additionally housed in a heat-resistant laminate bag in a vacuum state. In addition, the laminate is constituted of the seal layer, the gas barrier layer and a protecting layer and the protecting layer is constituted of a polyester layer and a nylon layer.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems of the decrease of the solid heat conductivity of an absorber itself and the increase of a cost for a raw material for the absorber that when designing to provide a vacuum insulator having no degradation over time, the absorber is required to be applied, and when a metal hydroxide is applied as the absorber for carbonic acid gas, water is produced in the time of the reaction of the metal hydroxide with the carbonic acid gas and new addition of the water absorber is required, thereby the efficiency is reduced, the capacity for absorbing the carbonic acid gas becomes insufficient and the addition amount of the absorber is increased. SOLUTION: This vacuum insulator capable of retarding the increase of the inner pressure of the vacuum insulator and hardly causing deterioration of insulation properties over time is obtained by applying an absorber 3 comprising a compound obtained by previously heating a dawsonite and a hydrotalcite at >=250 deg.C temperature to dislocate carbonate ion in a crystal lattice and a part or the whole of crystal water to the exterior of the crystal lattice and to form vacancies in the crystal lattice, to the vacuum insulator 1.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the thickness of a dwelling house wall so as to improve construction efficiency and heighten heat insulating performance of the whole heat insulating panel by covering plural vacuum heat insulating materials with an urethan resin composite which has a specified closed cell rate, and in which gas in a cell of the closed cell is carbon dioxide. SOLUTION: An urethane resin composition is foamed and filled in a space part formed by a face material 4 and a frame material 6 having a longitudinal material 7 to be taken as a first layer. Subsequently, plural vacuum heat insulators 3 are arranged on the first layer of urethane resin composition, urethane resin composition for the second layer is foamed and filled, and a face material 5 is also foamed in a body to manufacture a heat insulating panel 1. A foam heat insulating material 2 takes carbon dioxide generated by interaction of isocyanate and water as a foaming agent, and the foam heat insulating material 2 formed of foamed urethane resin composition has a closed cell percentage of 40-80% by an emulsifler. As the heat insulating panel 1 jointly uses the foam heat insulating material and the vacuum heat insulating material 3, it has excellent heat insulating performance, so that the wall thickness of the heat insulating panel 1 can be reduced so as to remarkably improve construction efficiency.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain a light weight, low cost and high performance member by a method wherein a core material composed of an organic powder and a non-organic powder is filled in an outer cover member and a particle size distribution of a specified particle diameter in the organic powder filled in it is set to a specified volumetric rate. SOLUTION: After a core material attained by mixing an organic powder having a particle size distribution of 10% or more to 30% or less of volumetric ratio less than particle diameter of 200μm or less with a wet type silica powder is filled in an outer cover member 3 formed by a metal-plastic laminated film, its inner side is reduced in pressure to have a pressure value of 0.1μmHg and discharged so as to attain a vacuum heat insulating member. The vacuum heat insulating material in this way is made such that contact areas of powders themselves are reduced, resulting in that a solid thermal conductivity can be reduced, even if the material is used in a refrigerator for a long period of time, a rapid deterioration of the thermal conductivity of the vacuum heat insulating member is not produced and a high performance of the device can be attained.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve gas barrier performance and moldability, and protect the appearance from being deformed by applying the constitution where multilayer plastic for forming a vessel to cover a core material of high insulation performance is provided with at least one layer of ethylene vinyl alcohol copolymer resin layer containing a specific amount of ethylene. CONSTITUTION:A vessel 3 is made of multilayer plastic having an outermost layer 4, an intermediate layer 6 and an innermost layer 8. The outermost layer 4 is formed out of a resin layer 5 made of polypropylene resin or the like of almost 100mu thickness having high chemical resistance. The intermediate layer 6 is formed out of a resin layer 7 made of ethylene vinyl alcohol copolymer resin of almost 100mu thickness having high gas barrier performance and containing 20mol.% to 50mol.% of ethylene. The innermost layer 8 is formed out of a resin layer 9 made of polypropylene resin or the like of almost 100mu thickness having high chemical resistance and moldability. The vessel 2 is filled with a core material 3 formed via the pulverization of hard urethane foam.
