    Abstract: A light source module includes a LED die, a supporting base and an encapsulation layer. The LED die emits a light beam. The supporting base is electrically connected with the LED die, and supports the LED die. After a portion of the light beam is projected to and reflected by the supporting base, the portion of the light beam is projected to surroundings through the LED die. The encapsulation layer covers the LED die and a portion of the supporting base to protect the LED die. The encapsulation layer includes a light-adjusting element. A light pattern of the light beam is adjustable according to a shape of the encapsulation layer.

    Abstract: A luminous keyboard includes plural keys, a membrane switch circuit board and a light-emitting element. The membrane switch circuit board includes an upper wiring plate, a lower wiring plate, a conductor line pattern, a separation layer and an etched line pattern. The lower wiring plate includes a wiring plate opening. The conductor line pattern is arranged between the upper wiring plate and the lower wiring plate. The etched line pattern is arranged between the separation layer and the lower wiring plate. The etched line pattern is exposed through the wiring plate opening. The light-emitting element is electrically connected with the etched line pattern through the wiring plate opening in order to acquire electric power. Consequently, it is not necessary to install the illumination circuit board to provide the electric power to the light-emitting element.

    Abstract: A backlight module assembling method is provided for assembling a backlight module of a luminous keyboard. The backlight module includes a first coupled element and a second coupled element in a stack form. Firstly, a positioning device is provided. After the first coupled element is aligned with a predetermined position of an assembling table surface through the positioning device, the first coupled element is placed on the predetermined position. Then, the first coupled element on the predetermined position is adsorbed according to vacuum adsorption. Consequently, the first coupled element is evenly fixed on the predetermined position. After the first coupled element is evenly fixed on the predetermined position, the second coupled element is aligned with and placed on the first coupled element. Consequently, the second coupled element and the first coupled element are combined together.

    Abstract: An optical switch keyboard includes a circuit module and plural keys. The circuit module includes a circuit board, plural light emitters, plural light receivers and plural light sources. Each key corresponds to a light emitter, a light receiver and a light source. The plural light emitters and the plural light receivers are disposed under the circuit board. Consequently, the plural light emitters and the plural light receivers are not interfered by the ambient light that comes from the top side of the circuit board. In case that the light sources are disposed over the circuit board, the light beams from the light sources are transmitted upwardly through light-transmissible triggering elements of the corresponding keys and projected to the keycaps. Consequently, a visual effect is generated.

    Abstract: A luminous keyboard includes a keypad module, plural light-emitting elements, an illumination circuit board and a light guide plate. The illumination circuit board has a light amount control structure. When the light beams from the light-emitting elements are transmitted through the illumination circuit board, portions of the light beams are absorbed by the light amount control structure on the illumination circuit board. Consequently, the light amount of the light beams transmitted through the illumination circuit board is reduced. The luminous keyboard can effectively overcome the light leakage problem.
