Abstract:
A processing plant, in particular for making respective products, in particular defined by articles or packages of respective articles, the articles being preferably in the form of articles of the tissue industry, the plant including at least one unit for detecting products, in particular defective products, especially defective articles and/or packages, preferably for detecting defective rolls and/or packs.
Abstract:
A process for the management of a flow of products along a plant for making and packing respective articles, in particular in the form of rolls, such as rolls of toilet paper or paper towels, an apparatus for making and packing the articles, in particular including one or more lines for making and packing the articles, a rewinding machine for making the semi-finished product and elements for accumulating or storing the semi-finished products, from which the making and packing apparatus, that is, the respective making and packing line, receives the semi-finished product and which, in turn, receives the semi-finished product from the rewinding machine for making a semi-finished product. According to the process, the respective operating speed of the respective line of the making and packing apparatus downstream is adjusted in such a way that the semi-finished product in the accumulation elements is kept around a predetermined filling level.
Abstract:
A conveyor for transporting products, in particular in dusty environments, especially in tissue paper processing installations, comprises one or more conveyor belts in particular of a mobile type, for transporting the product between one or more pickup and/or release points, comprises a mounting frame for the respective conveyor belt which comprises a respective frame for supporting an endless band which transports the product and which runs on corresponding guide and slide means. The conveyor comprises band sliding means (15a, 15b) which can be moved between a normal position where the band is engaged and retained and a position where the selfsame band is disengaged.
Abstract:
A conveyor for transporting products includes a mounting frame for one or more product feed lanes, each lane being defined by a respective conveyor belt which extends along a respective path, and by element for centering the products on the conveyor belt and including respective first and second lateral guides which are spaced from each other transversely to the direction of extension of the conveyor belt in order to define a track having a respective width. A unit for adjusting the distance between the guides are provided which includes a first transversal support and movement member for the corresponding lateral guide of the lane, and a second transversal support and movement member for the other lateral guide of the lane. Also provided is a respective transversal member for supporting the first and second support and movement members and a defining unit for fastening to the conveyor frame.
Abstract:
In a process and an installation for handling products (11a, 11b), in particular rolls of paper for sanitary and/or household use, where the products (11a, 11b) are obtained from at least one respective log by a plurality of transversal cuts, a first batch (13a) and a second batch (13b) of products obtained from the log are separated from each other for subsequent packaging.
