An electric heating device with said PTC electric heating assembly (2) is provided, including a casing (1) defining a plurality of thermal conducting grooves (160) and a medium circulating cavity (12) hermetically isolated from the thermal conducting grooves (160), and a plurality of PTC electric heating assemblies (2) are mounted into the thermal conducting grooves (160) respectively.
