Abstract:
An induction key input method to improve input accuracy includes at least the following steps: corresponding a movement of an induction key to at least one character table; displaying a character table on a screen according to different conditions when a user's finger touches the surface of the induction key; and indicating a different differential mark on a selected character on the character table after the character represented, by the induction key on a specific location is touched by the finger. Through the method input accuracy can be enhanced and user's viewing frequency of the keys can be reduced.
Abstract:
A remote-end route-calculating navigation system particularly relates to a system which is not equipped with expensive or costly navigation equipment for a navigation requester to acquire complete and instant navigation information therefrom. It is mainly made up of an information center in cooperation with a plurality of navigation requesters. The information center includes at least a main information unit having an electronic map and route calculating and navigating software, and a communication device capable of transmitting/receiving phonic and digital information. The navigation requester includes a satellite positioning device and a communication device storing the telephone number of the information center and the address of the digital information network so as to provide complete information for navigation requesters.
Abstract:
A charger device has a box and two charger jibs. The box has a slot, a channel recess, and a magnet device. Each charger jib has a button, a threaded rod disposed on a bottom of the button, and a probe support device connected to the button. The probe support device has an upper casing, a lower casing coupled with the upper casing, a probe bar disposed between the upper casing and the lower casing, an adjusting seat clamping the upper casing and the lower casing, a nut disposed on a bottom of the adjusting seat, a magnet disk disposed on a bottom of the nut, and the threaded rod passing through the slot, the adjusting seat, and the nut.
Abstract:
A cellular phone securing device has a fixing unit and a flexible tube, a linkage rod and a phone securing mount. The fixing unit is provided with a horizontal slide board, and a vetical contact member and a pair of bolts. The slide board and the contact member are one way adjustably limited in place and the bolts are selectively attached to the underside Of the fixing unit. In mounting of the securing device, the slide board and the contact member are adjusted to abut against a windshield of a vehilce and the bolts are in abutment with the edges of outlets of a ventilation system of the vehicle whereby the bolts and the slide board and the contact member constitute a three-point supporting of the fixing unit. The phone securing mount is adhered to a flat place of the front console board of the vehicle.
Abstract:
An automatic video tape converter which is capable of converting a camera-used video tape into a general video tape suitable for a common video player to play, wherein a rotary shaft is disposed at a corner of a drive cover, permitting the same to be opened/closed in an arch rotary manner instead of the conventional straight pushing manner, whereby a user can easily and smoothly operate the drive cover and in case the drive cover is not completely moved to a true close position, one corner of the drive cover will protrude outside the converter to prevent the same from being inserted into the video player and thus avoid damage of the tape member of the video tape.
Abstract:
A battery-charger with adjustable contacts which are specifically arranged according to specific positions of power contacts of different types of batteries. The battery-charger includes a base body on which a battery to be charged is placed, a contact-adjusting member disposed on the base body and a set of conductive contacts fitted in the contact-adjusting member in accordance with the positions of power contacts of the battery. After a set of contacts are specifically fitted in the contact-adjusting member, the contact-adjusting member is fitted on the base body. Thereafter, the battery to be charged is fixedly located on the base body and adjacent to the contact-adjusting member. At this time, the specifically arranged contacts contact with the power contacts of the battery and conduct electricity to the battery.
Abstract:
A universal charger adapted for rechargeable battery packs of various size is equipped with a battery pack mounting seat having a stop flange disposed at one side thereof which is inserted in a receiving cavity of the charger case. The neighboring side of the stop flange of the mounting seat is provided with a guide track onto which is disposed an adjustment slide member having a mono-track projection disposed thereon and being able to be vertically adjusted so that a pair of sliding terminal seats each equipped with a horizontal and a vertical probe pin can be horizontally adjusted to vary the positions thereof along with the vertical adjustment of the slide member in conformance to battery of different size and structure. An abutment plate having a vertical abutment member is slidably located in a slide passage and is provided with a one end free retaining piece having a locking projection disposed thereunder which is in selective engagement with one tooth of a consecutive tooth-like restraint unit for locking the abutment plate in place whereby located battery packs of any dimension can be held in place and is electrically charged accordingly.
Abstract:
A lead battery assembly including a lead battery, a voltage-detecting circuit used to detect the voltage of the lead battery and an automatic voltage-charging circuit, these circuits being connected to the lead battery and contained together with the lead battery in a housing, a connecting base being electrically engaged with the above circuits wherein the connecting base is adapted to engage with a charger for a nickel-cadmium battery whereby when the detecting circuit detects that the voltage of the lead battery reaches a certain value, it will send a signal to the voltage-changing circuit to slowly lower the voltage thereof and after the total voltage of the lead battery and the voltage-changing circuit change from an increasing state to a decreasing state, the charger will sense the decreasing voltage and stop charging the lead battery so that the lead battery is permitted to be charged by a charger for a nickel-cadmium battery.Another embodiment uses two connecting bases, one for charging the lead battery and the other for attachment and supply of power to an electrical appliance. Another embodiment uses an adapter between the base and the charger which adapter houses the detecting circuit and the voltage-changing circuit.
Abstract:
A video camera illuminating device adapter incorporated with a video camera having a main body attachable on one side to a video camera and an illuminating device respectively and batteries attached to the opposite side. A simple circuit in the main body detects the video camera in use and by a control relay closes a looped circuit to turn on the illuminating device. The light source can be integral with the main body of the adaptor or portions of the main body can be locked at an angle to each other.
