Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data reproduction device capable of easily reproducing video data to the flow of a musical piece, even when the tempo of the musical piece is varied like live performance, and a data reproduction method and a program. SOLUTION: In a video display device having the data reproduction device, a data reading section 103 reads lyrics data which are time-synchronized with a reference musical piece data, on the basis of time information and certainty factor for each track generated by comparison of each track of a live musical piece data with each track of the reference musical piece data prepared beforehand, which is performed by a time alignment section 102, whereby: the live musical piece data and the lyrics data can be time-synchronized and reproduced; and the data prepared beforehand are reproduced to the flow of the musical piece, even when the tempo of the musical piece is varied like live performance. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a content reproducing device capable of synchronously reproducing video of a lyrics telop etc., corresponding to an audio signal of a live musical performance etc., which is generated in real time. SOLUTION: Audio data 8 including guide melody data, and music data including a lyrics data track 9 are stored; a live musical performance sound input from an audio input unit 1 and the audio data are compared and synchronized with each other (a synchronous control unit 3), and a clock signal is generated based upon the synchronism (a clock generator 4). The lyrics data track is sequenced with the clock signal (a video sequencer 10) to display lyrics in synchronism with the externally input live musical performance sound. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote live music system for distributing live music suited to needs of singers by remotely connecting players performing the live music and the singers of Karaoke by a network. SOLUTION: The remote musical performance system is provided with a studio for players of live bands or the like apart from a Karaoke box. A studio device collects musical performance sounds of the live music, and transmits them to a Karaoke device through the network. The Karaoke device displays the list of music that the players can play, and requests it to the players when a desired music is included in the list. Since a plurality of the players are connected to the Karaoke device through the network, desired players can be selected out of the plurality of the players. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a karaoke practice device and program that enable reproduced musics and lyrics to be used for a practice in singing. SOLUTION: A music readout reproduction unit 14b reads and reproduces music data based upon a reproduction clock to generate a sound. A clock correction unit 14c corrects (cycles of) the reproduction clock based upon offset information and offset correction information. A synchronous readout display unit 14d reads and reproduces musical performance data based upon the reproduction clock corrected by the clock correction unit 14c to display lyrics. When the reproduction clock generated by a reproduction clock generation unit 14a is used as it is for the readout reproduction of the music, the reproduction of the music and the display of the lyrics are sometimes asynchronous with each other. According to the present invention, the reproduction clock is corrected based upon the offset information (and offset correction information) to adjust the reproducing speed of the musical performance data, so that the reproduction of the music and the display of the lyrics are synchronized with each other. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a karaoke device and a program for karaoke device that can score not only by a fixed viewpoint, but also with amusement. SOLUTION: The karaoke device has a second scoring means in addition to a first scoring means of evaluating/scoring a voice by analyzing the frequency component and/or sound volume component of a voice signal of a voice to karaoke music and comparing the analytic result with the karaoke music, and has a plurality of evaluating means of performing scoring by the first scoring means and second scoring means. The second scoring means performs scoring based upon attribute information regarding the played karaoke music. The plurality of evaluating means determine attribute information to be used for scoring when the second scoring means is used according to the selected karaoke music. Finally, points scored by the plurality of evaluating means and the total points of them are displayed. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT

Finally, points scored by the plurality of evaluating means within the ranges of their points and the total points of them are displayed. The attribute information includes, for example, the genre, release year, and ranking of the selected music. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allows a user to properly select and set an image to be displayed as a background picture during music playing. SOLUTION: Desired music information can be selected from music information stored in a connected server device and is received from the server device. The user allocates one or more pieces of desired image information among pieces of image information stored in a specific image storage means to the received music information in desired reproduction timing of the music information. Thus the image information is allocated and when music information for which the allocation information is generated is reproduced, one or more images allocated to the music information are switched and displayed in specific reproduction timing during the music information reproduction according to the allocation information that the user generates. Consequently, the user can enjoy a desired music performance while enjoying favorite images.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent reproduced musical sound from being degraded in quality even if a voltage level of a power supply means drops. SOLUTION: When the voltage level of the power supply means drops, music data consisting of 4 parts are copied and made into music data consisting of 8 parts. When the music data of 8 parts are reproduced by an 8-part musical sound synthesis means 34 consisting of a 1st musical sound synthesis part 34a-an 8th musical sound synthesis part 34h, original 4-part musical sound are superposed in two-folds each, and this compensates decrease in the sound volume.
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress consumption of the battery of portable equipment as much as possible even when the equipment is provided with a music reproducing means which can reproduce a music composed of a plurality of parts. SOLUTION: When the voltage level of the battery becomes a reference value or lower, a power save control means 36 only turns on a switch SW1 and turns off switch SW2-SW4. Consequently, only the melody of the data of the music is reproduced by means of a first musical sound synthesizing section 34a and power consumption of second to fourth musical sound synthesizing sections 34a-34d can be suppressed.
