Abstract:
A mounting bracket is provided that includes a plate having a mounting hole for attachment to a surface. The mounting bracket includes a hooking portion attached to the plate for supporting a hardware mounting component. The mounting bracket further includes a biasing member attached to the plate and biasing a tab of the biasing member to a first position for engagement with the hardware mounting component to secure the hardware mounting component to the plate. The tab of the biasing member is movable to a second position where the tab does not engage the hardware mounting component.
Abstract:
A receptacle holder may include a holder base portion configured to support the bottom of a receptacle, a holder upper portion and an elongated holder back portion extending between the holder base portion and the holder upper portion. A confining member may be provided to pivot relative the holder upper portion between a closed position (A) for confining the neck and/or the shoulder of the receptacle, and a release position to allow removal of the receptacle from the receptacle holder. A locking member may be provided to prevent movement of the confining member. The locking member may be brought out of engagement with a trough hole by application of a force (F) onto a locking portion through the through hole thereby allowing the confining member to be pivoted relative the holder upper portion.
Abstract:
A bath safety rail for being engaged to and disengaged from a bath surface. The bath safety rail includes a base, a handle on the base, first and second suction cups opposing the handle, cam followers on the suction cups that extend into the base, and cams in the base to engage and draw up the cam followers and suction cups to thereby create suction. The handle is two-piece where the pieces are separated by a handle plane, where each axis of each suction cup is in the handle plane.
Abstract:
A shower-mounted back scrubber aids in scrubbing and cleaning one's back while in the shower and includes a brush surface attached to a wall of a shower or tub by at least one (1) mounting bracket. Each mounting bracket includes a slot that accepts brush base. The brush base includes a plurality of soft bristles for gentle cleansing and a coarse bristles for more aggressive cleaning.
Abstract:
Generally, a mounting bracket for mounting a mountable object is disclosed. The mounting bracket includes a baseplate has a substantially flat mounting surface and an opposite outward-facing surface. A ledge extends a first distance from the outward-facing surface to support the mountable object. A mounting bracket locking component adapted to frictionally engage a mountable object locks the mountable object in place. Additionally, a stabilizing member extending a second distance from the outward-facing surface contacts the mountable object to help limit movement of the object during use. The mounting bracket may be used with a material dispenser in a wall mountable material dispensing system. The wall mountable material dispensing system may be packaged as a kit wherein the mounting bracket is packaged within the material dispenser.
Abstract:
A holder for a toothpaste tube and toothbrushes which comprises a mounting plate. A mechanism is for securing the mounting plate to a wall. A support member is provided. A mechanism is for rotatably maintaining the support member perpendicular to the mounting plate. A mechanism is for attaching the toothpaste tube perpendicular to the support member. A mechanism is for retaining at least one of the toothbrushes to the mounting plate.
Abstract:
A manually operated liquid dispenser having a dispensing position and a refilling position, comprising: a liquid container including a dispensing opening through which the liquid is discharged from the container in the dispensing position of the dispenser and a refill opening, separate from the dispensing opening, through which the liquid is introduced in the refilling position of the dispenser and a supporting structure which supports the liquid container in such a way as to conceal the refill opening in the dispensing position and to uncover the refill opening in the refilling position, the supporting structure of container adapted to invert the container, and to hold the container upright in the dispensing position and inverted in the refilling position.
Abstract:
A grab bar or other accessory is attached to a wall with at least one anchor assembly. The anchor assembly can be removed and repeatedly used as needed. The anchor assembly includes a vertical support beam, an arm having a hub portion and an arm portion, and a mounting plate that is supported by the arm. The arm portion is received within a slot formed within the vertical support beam. A spring is attached to the vertical support beam and cooperates with the arm portion to hold the arm in place during installation. The mounting plate includes a plurality of hole locations spaced radially outwardly from a center opening. The mounting plate is rotatable to position the plurality of hole locations at one of many different desired mount positions for a variety of grab bars.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a system of a support element and at least two functional elements which can be used in the sanitary sector, with the support element being able to be coupled to each of the functional elements via a system interface and the system interface having a spigot-shaped element—at the support element side—with an outwardly biased latch element projecting out of said spigot-shaped element transversely to its longitudinal axis and the functional elements each having a tubular element corresponding to the spigot-shaped element and having a cut-out for the latch element.
