본 발명은 제진기 또는 수문을 개폐시키는 유압 권양 장치에 관한 것으로, 유압실린더로 로울러를 이동시켜 와이어를 당기거나 풀어줄 수 있도록 하되 적은 공간을 이용하여 수문 또는 제진기를 권양시키는 것이다. 이러한 본 발명은 고정 로울러 사이에 이동 로울러를 설치하되 고정 로울러와 이동 로울러 사이를 지그재그 형태로 와이어를 걸어주고, 상기 와이어의 선단에는 제진기 또는 수문을 결합시키며, 상기 이동 로울러는 유압 실린더로 수평 이동시키되 이동 로울러는 각각 가이드수단에 의하여 가이드 되며 이동되게 하므로서 이루어지는 것으로, 유압 실린더에 의해 이동되는 거리에 비하여 와이어가 이동하는 거리는 이동 실린더 숫자에 2배를 곱한 거리가 되므로 적은 공간을 활용하면서도 수문 또는 제진기의 개폐거리를 늘리는 것이다. 수문, 개폐, 로울러, 이동, 실린더

PURPOSE: An automatic water gate attached with a power device is provided to open and close a water gate by controlling the flow rate at the wanted time. CONSTITUTION: The automatic opening/closing water gate(S22) attached with a power device comprises: a transmission gear manufactured by a stainless steel plate to prevent the corrosion by moisture and harmful gas and attached with a movable switch to check the opening and closing state of a water gate; a stainless steel winch cover made of a stainless steel plate to prevent the corrosion by moisture and harmful gas and formed in a structure to bear against the external impact; a hand lever manufactured by a roller bearing and a cam to rotate a rotary shaft to one way smoothly when operating a lever; a safety device composed of a bed brake, a foot brake, a centrifugal brake, a shock absorbing device, a water gate fixing device and an overload preventive device; and an electric-powered winch(S24) installed to make a contact gear and a rack bar engage mutually.

본 발명은 양방향 펌핑이 가능한 회전식 펌프게이트에 관한 것으로, 전면에 두 개의 수로입구(12)가 형성되는 수로구조물(10); 전면(22) 및 후면(24)에 각각 제1, 제2 배출구(23, 25)가 형성되고, 상기 수로구조물(10) 전방에 설치되는 게이트(20); 상기 게이트(20) 내부에 설치되고, 상기 제1, 제2 배출구(23, 25)와 선택적으로 연통되는 양방향펌프(30); 및 상기 두 개의 수로입구(12) 사이의 전방에 설치되고, 상기 게이트(20) 일측과 연결되어 상기 게이트(20)를 회전시키는 회전부재(40)를 포함하여 구성된다. 이에 따라, 단일 게이트가 회전되어 두 개의 수로입구를 선택적으로 차단시킬 수 있고, 단일 펌프로 양방향 펌핑이 가능해 효율적으로 수로의 물길을 조정할 수 있다.

The present invention relates to an apparatus for opening/closing a floodgate of a non-rising type, in which a rotation shaft for lifting the floodgate to open or close a waterway is not exposed outwardly to have well-formed features, and the rotation shaft is not corroded by external environments (rain, snow, typhoon or the like) or is not damaged by an artificial force. The apparatus of the present invention includes a screw shaft (10) rotated and formed with a female threaded portion (11) on the outer peripheral surface thereof; first and second movable members (20, 30) installed at one center side of the screw shaft (10) and engaged to an upper end of the floodgate (60) by a bolt; and first and second driving members (40, 50) installed at an upper portion of the screw shaft (10) and selectively rotating the screw shaft (10) forwardly or reversely to lift the floodgate (60).

농업용수의 수량을 조절하고 급수기능을 갖는 게이트에 관한 것으로서, 구체적으로는, 농작물의 생육에 필요한 용수를 논으로 용이하게 공급할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 개별적인 개폐수단을 구비함으로써 선택적으로 용수의 공급을 가능하게 하며, 또한, 기설치된 수로에 용이하게 설치될 수 있는 게이트에 관한 것이며, 개폐판의 양측단이 균형적으로 승강 및 하강할 수 있으므로, 수로관의 유로 사이에 개폐판이 불안전한 자세로 멈췄을 때, 사용자가 직접 손으로 상기 개폐판을 안정적인 수평자세로 바로잡는 작업을 할 필요가 없는 효과를 제공하며, 또한, 회전레버의 정.역회전에 의해 개폐판이 승강 및 하강될 수 있으므로, 작업자가 개폐판을 손으로 직접 승강 및 하강시키지 않아도 되는 효과를 제공하는 것에 특징이 있다.

PURPOSE: A power conversion unit and a winch using the same are provided to prevent the winch from being damaged due to unskillful operation by being simply controlled without being well informed of additional control method. CONSTITUTION: A winch capable of electric driving and manual driving comprises a floodgate, a rotary shaft, and a power transmit unit. The rotary shaft is rotatably installed at a frame(13) and comprises a pinion(14) engaged with a rack(12). The power transmit unit is installed in the frame and opens the floodgate due to driving of a driving motor and a handle. The power transmit unit comprises first and second driving shafts(33,32), a power conversion unit(40), and a driving power transmit unit(60). The power conversion unit transmits the power of the second driving shaft to the first driving shaft and transmits the rotatory power of the handle to the first driving shaft. The driving power transmits the rotatory power of the first driving shaft to the rotary shaft.

PURPOSE: An automatic lodging device for a lodging gate is provided to prevent damage due to the overflow of a river by automatically lodging a lodging gate regardless of a blackout to timely discharge fresh water. CONSTITUTION: An automatic lodging device(50) for a lodging gate comprises a float(34), a three-way arm, and a valve opening and closing arm. The three-way arm comprises a first arm for connecting to the float, a second arm for connecting to a parallel weight, and a third arm for forming a protrusion pin. The valve opening and closing arm is equipped with a protrusion part which is latched to the protrusion pin. The valve opening and closing arm is connected to a hydraulic valve for controlling the opening and closing of the hydraulic valve.

PURPOSE: A rope type hydraulic floodgate is provided to move the floodgate up and down with a small stroke of a hydraulic cylinder. CONSTITUTION: A rope type hydraulic floodgate includes a hydraulic cylinder(40), a pair of moving rollers(80), a fixed roller(50), a rope(90), a rack gear(11), a pinion gear(21). The hydraulic cylinder is installed at the upper side of a supporting frame(30) installed at the upper side of a floodgate frame(10). The moving rollers are installed at the cylinder shaft(41) of the hydraulic cylinder and move up and down. The fixed rollers are respectively installed at both sides of the upper side of the flood gate(20) fit into the floodgate frame. The ropes are respectively fixed to both sides of the lower side of the supporting frame. The ropes are hung on the moving rollers and then are hung on the fixed rollers. The rack gears are vertically installed at the floodgate frame. The pinion gears are installed at both sides of the floodgate and are engaged with the rack gear. The pinion gears are fixed to both sides of a rotary shaft(22) which is installed across the floodgate, and rotate when the floodgate moves.

PURPOSE: A winch water gate for generating power and removing foreign substances and an environmentally friendly power generating method using the same is provided to purify contaminated river water into heavy specific gravity river water by removing light specific gravity organic molecules contained in the river water and generating power at the same time. CONSTITUTION: A winch water gate for generating power and removing foreign substances comprises a first generator(800), a second generator(900), a damper(1000), and an absorber(1100). The first generator is equipped in the lower end of a winch water gate(500) in order to open the lower end of the winch water gate for generating power by using river water. The second generator is equipped in the lower end of a winch water gate in order to discharge clean river water with heavy specific gravity by using a double discharging winch water gate(1006) inside the winch water gate for rotating and generating power. The damper is equipped in the upstream part of the absorber and collects heavy specific gravity waste collected in the upper end of the winch water gate. The absorber is equipped in the upstream part of the winch water gate and removes light specific gravity organic molecules floated to the upper end of the winch water gate by absorbing.
