Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Schere zum Führen der Bewegung eines Fassadenelements, wie eines Fensters, eines Oberlichts, einer Lüftungsklappe, einer Brandklappe, einer Abzugsöffnung, eines Abluftkamins etc. Das Führen des Fassadenelements geschieht relativ zu einem Rahmen. Die erfindungsgemäße Schere umfasst dabei: eine längserstreckte Schiene (1), einen an der Schiene (1) führbaren und relativ zu dieser beweglichen Gleitkörper (2) mit C-förmigem Querschnitt, eine am Gleitkörper (2) drehbar angebrachte Scherenstange (4), wobei die Schiene (1) über einen Bereich ihrer Längserstreckung im Querschnitt Ω-förmig ist, und die Schiene und der Gleitkörper derart bemessen sind, dass der Gleitkörper mit den Endbereichen seines C-förmigen Querschnitts um die Balken der Ω -Form reicht.

The device has a coupling device (1) including coupling parts (3a, 3b) movable along a longitudinal direction and adjustable in length. Two positioning legs are pivotably connected with each other and are pivotably movable and fixed relative to a profile rail (2) and the coupling elements, respectively. The coupling parts are brought into detachable connection by moving one of the coupling parts towards another coupling part. Initial movement of the former coupling part without the latter coupling part pre-controls a scissor type-opening relative to another scissor type-opening. An independent claim is also included for a method for parallely positioning a facade element.

A vent (10) comprising a fixed frame (3) and an opening member (5) attached to the fixed frame (3) by hinges (7, 12), the opening member (5) being movable between a position closing the vent (10) and an open position by drive means (9), wherein three hinges (7, 12) support three sides of the opening member (5) and a fourth side is driven by the drive means (9). As a result, smoother opening of such a vent occurs without the need for a second drive means.

An electrical window operator for opening and closing a window comprises at least one arm connected pivotally and detachably in a first end with a sash coupling member slidable side within a limited part of the length of the sash, said arm being pivotally connected at the other end with a second coupling member connected with the main frame. An operator housing arranged at the main frame accommodates an elongate drive shaft with a threaded section engaged by a nut element forming part of the second coupling member and an electrical drive unit in axial extension of the drive shaft.

Um das exakt parallele Ausstellen eines schlanken Fassadenelements gegenüber einem Rahmenelement zu gewährleisten, wird eine Parallelausstellvorrichtung vorgeschlagen, die eine Koppelvorrichtung 3a, 3b zur Kopplung zweier Ausstellscheren aufweist. Die Koppelvorrichtung weist Anschlussmöglichkeiten 4a, 4b für die Ausstellscheren auf. Die Koppelvorrichtung weist ferner eine Längenverstellung 9 auf. Dies ermöglicht es, die Ansteuerpunkte der beiden Scheren zu spreizen, so dass die untere Schere vor der oberen Schere bzw. weiter als die obere Schere ausgestellt werden kann. Auf diese Weise kann das Fassadenelement hier stärker ausgestellt und aus der Schräg- in die Parallellage gezwungen werden.

A parallel hinge assembly positioning system (10) and an extension member are disclosed for positioning two or more adjacent parallel hinge modules (12A,12B) mounted to a structure (18). The parallel hinge modules (12A,12B) support a sash of a vent of a structure (18). Each parallel hinge comprises a pair of parallel tracks (14A,16A;14B,16B). One of the tracks being a fixed track (16A;16B) that is mounted to the structure (18), the other track (14A;14B) being moveable in such that it remains in a substantially parallel plane relative to the fixed track (16A;16B). A pair of diagonally crossing links (20A,22A;20B,22B) are also provided that are pivotally coupled to each of the tracks (14A,16A;14B,16B) and to each other. The parallel hinge assembly alignment system (10) further includes a drive track (40) mounted to the structure (18), which extends between the adjacent parallel hinge modules (12A,12B). A drive member (38A;38B) for each parallel hinge module (12A;12B) is located in the drive track (40) and is pivotally coupled to one of the pair of diagonally crossing links (20A,22A;20B,22B) of the parallel hinge module (12A;12B). The drive member (38A;38B) is capable of movement along the drive track (40) to move the coupled link (20A,22A;20B,22B) and thereby actuate movement of the moveable track (14A;14B) relative to the fixed track (16A;16B). An extension member (42A;42B) is provided, which provides coupling between one or more drive members (38A,38B,38C) in the drive track (40). The length of coupling between the pair of drive members (38A,38B,38C) can be adjusted to align the sash supported by the parallel hinge modules (12A,12B) over the vent.
