The present invention provides a TFT-LCD array substrate having a gate-line metal layer, a data-line metal layer crossing the gate-line metal layer and a plurality of layers covering a periphery of the gate-line metal layer and the data-line metal layer; the gate-line metal layer has first gate lines and second gate lines parallel and alternately arranged, the date-line metal layer has first data lines and second data lines parallel and alternately arranged; the first gate line and the second gate line are electrically connected; the first data line and the second data line are electrically connected. The present invention further provides a manufacturing method of the TFT-LCD array substrate. Implementing the TFT-LCD array substrate and the manufacturing method can reduce the occurrence of line-broken in the active array of TFT-LCD, increase the aperture ratio of the product and enhance yield rate of the products.

A method of repairing a color filter and a pre-repair material used thereby are provided. The method includes the following steps. First, a color filter including a substrate and a color filter layer is provided, and the color filter layer having at least one defect pattern is disposed on the substrate. Then, a pre-repair layer is formed in the at least one defect pattern. After that, a repair layer is formed on the pre-repair layer, and the repair layer is connected to the substrate through the pre-repair layer.

The present invention provides a liquid crystal display panel provided with a laminate spacer including a plurality of primary color filters which can avoid deterioration of the display quality and improve the production efficiency. The liquid crystal display panel of the present invention comprises: an array substrate provided with a first electrode; a color filter substrate provided with a second electrode; and a liquid crystal layer sandwiched between the array substrate and the color filter substrate, wherein the color filter substrate further includes: four or more differently colored transparent layers, the colors of which include red, green, blue, and at least one of yellow and white; and a laminate spacer formed by the second electrode and at least two layers among the four or more differently colored transparent layers, and the laminate spacer is surrounded by the yellow or white transparent layer when viewed in a plan view.

A display substrate includes a pixel, an organic layer and a shorting pad structure. The pixel electrode is arranged at a display area of a base substrate, and the pixel electrode is electrically connected to a transistor connected to a gate line and data line. The organic layer is arranged at the base substrate, and the organic layer is arranged between the transistor and the pixel electrode. The shorting pad structure is disposed at a peripheral area of the display area, and the shorting pad structure includes a first pad electrode at a lower height, a second pad electrode at a higher height, and a first height compensation pattern interposed between the first and second pad electrodes. A contact hole is defined through the organic layer so that second pad electrode can be electrically connected there through to the first pad electrode.
