Abstract:
This invention makes reference to interrupter high voltage air-insulated telescopic disconnection switch with moving contact for supplying pressure, consisting of: a first male conductor comprising a first guide-positioner means internally coupled with such first male conductor via an intermediate section, a plurality of double-sided contact plates peripherally coupled with the intermediate section border; a second female conductor coaxially separated from the first male conductor comprising a second guide-positioner means internally coupled with such second female conductor by an intermediate section; a plurality of double-sided contact plates peripherally coupled with the intermediate section border; a moving conductor consisting of guide means internally coupled with such moving conductor by an intermediate support, being such conductor mobile and coaxially coupled with the interior of the first male conductor, where it moves to an open position, and is separated from the first male conductor and to a close position where such moving conductor causes a contact between the first male conductor and the second female conductor, by interacting among themselves to the first guide-positioner means of the first male conductor, the second guide-positioner means of the second female conductor and the guide means of the moving conductor; a plurality of contact plates peripherally coupled with the intermediate support border of the moving conductor, each of such contact plates having contact means for supplying pressure.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a switch device for ignition systems and, more particularly, for use in cooking equipment or heating systems in general, such as to obtain the electrical contact necessary to generate the spark for activating the burner. More preferably, the present invention includes innovative functional and technical aspects capable of promoting the electrical contact necessary to activate the burner, but principally to increase the levels of safety in relation to movement of the controls of cooking equipment/heating equipment, principally in connection with the return movement of said control. Therefore, the present switch device comprises a casing (1) formed by a lower structural body (1a) and another, upper structural body (1b), which engage with one another in such a manner as to accommodate, within, flexible contact blades (L) and a rotary core (2), the structural bodies (1a, 1b) having contact surfaces (4a, 4b) provided with at least one projecting portion (5a, 5b); furthermore, an axially moveable commutator ring (3) is engaged on said rotary core (2).
Abstract:
An elastomeric membrane switch having an elastomeric connector comprising a plurality of alternating vertically disposed conductive layers and non-conductive layers extending between upper and lower contact surfaces. The lower surface of the elastomeric connector is disposed over a substrate having electrically isolated, first and second contact pads of an electrical switch circuit. Each of the first and second contact pads is in electrical contact with different ones of the exposed ends of conductive layers of the lower contact surface. A resilient membrane having an electrically conductive interior surface is spaced a distance above the upper contact surface, whereby upon applying a downward force to the resilient member, the otherwise electrically isolated contact pads are electrically connected through the electrically conductive layers of the elastomeric connector and the electrically conductive interior surface of the resilient member.
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a contact device capable of suppressing reduction of arc cut-off performance, and an electromagnetic relay mounted with the contact device.SOLUTION: A contact device 10 includes: plural fixed terminals 33 each having a fixed contact 32 form therein; a contact block 3 having a movable contact 35 formed with movable contact point 34 which comes into contact with and separates away from the fixed contact 32; and a drive block 2 that drives the movable contact 35. By disposing a permanent magnet 46 around the contact block 3, arc which occurs when the contacts come into contact with each other and separate away from each other can be eliminated. At least one fixed terminal 33 in the plural fixed terminals 33 is formed so that the fixed contact 32 and the movable contact point 34 come into contact with each other in an area other than the side opposing to the other fixed terminal 33.
