A method and a system for providing patent information including multi dimensional patent analysis information are provided to build patent information database from patent related source data through preprocessing processes. Application nominal person information is obtained(S1620). The patent document which is filed the name of the obtained application nominal person or is registered is searched(S1630). It determines whether the registered document is existed from an application name(S1640). The inventor name unit patent information service system creation engine extracts inventor from the searched patent document group. The patent document is corresponded according to inventor(S1660). The inventor name unit patent information service system the patent document to the managed object document combination generation is generated(S1670).
Abstract:
A patent information system including the fusion analysis multi-dimensional consequence of an operation execution table which effectively builds the patent information database are provided to produce the hierarchically integrated name of applicant unit patent information system to the applicant information. A patent intelligence processing basic module analyzes and processes the patent information. The patent intelligence processing basic module generates patent analysis information including citation analysis and comparison analysis. A multi dimensional analysis operation performance result table generating module(402) of the patent information processing basic module processes the patent information and a calculation for the multidimensional analysis. The response rate is improved by performing the query on the table.

A patent information service system for hierarchically integrating assignee-based and inventor-based patent information service systems, and a method thereof are provided to automatically extract domestic/foreign patent information related to an assignee and/or an inventor by automatically constructing/integrating the assignee-based and inventor-based patent information service systems. Assignee information including an assignee is checked from a patent information database, and patents applied or registered by the checked assignee are searched from the patent information database(S1620). A hierarchically integrated assignee-based patent information service system is constructed when the patent documents are searched(S1630). Inventor information registered as an inventor of the patent documents is extracted(S1660), and a hierarchically integrated inventor-based patent information service system is constructed by using the extracted inventor information(S1670). The inventor-based patent information service system manages patent information registered by the inventor by using an application number as a key value. The patent information includes at least one of bibliographic information of the patent information corresponding to the application number.

A method and a system for providing a search service automatically including a search result for hierarchically subordinated lower IPC(International Patent Classification) codes through range search are provided to output a search result including the lower IPC codes hierarchical subordinated to the IPC code without decreasing a search speed when the IPC code is included in a query. A hierarchical IPC code database(130) stores modified IPC codes modified to respectively matched with each IPC code of an IPC code system based on information related to parent-child relation between the IPC codes having a hierarchical structure. A modified IPC code database(142) generating module generates the hierarchical IPC code database. A lower IPC code processing module(144) receives information for a lower IPC code or the modified IPC code of the received IPC code when the IPC code is included in a query and dots are included in title information corresponding to the IPC code. A modified query generating module(146) modifies the query by including the information for the lower modified IPC codes, which is found by the lower IPC code processing module corresponding to the lower IPC code of the IPC code including the dots.

PURPOSE: A patent information system and a mapping information processing method between a technical problem and a technical solution are provided to divide, grasp, and map a technical solution task and the technical solution, thereby easily finding the technical solution of other patent related to the same or a similar technical solution task.
