Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a workpiece positioning device that positions various workpieces without need of providing a dedicated positioning mechanism per workpiece on a jig. SOLUTION: The positioning device includes a holder 100 having a chuck that can engage with the main spindle of a machining center, a holder side feed screw-thread 131 formed in the holder, a clamp shaft 200 having a clamp shaft side feed screw screwed together with the holder side feed screw-thread, a supporting body 300 that supports the clamp shaft while axially supporting the holder, and a chuck 400 with an opening/closing function provided on the supporting body. The motions of the holder side feed screw and the clamp side feed screw based on the main spindle rotations enable the clamp shaft to move back and forth from the holder, open and close the chuck via the chuck opening/closing function according to the back and forth motions of the clamp shaft, and position the workpiece by the end of the chuck gripping and releasing a part of the workpiece. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wire saw, efficiently making a working fluid adhere to a wire to sufficiently feed the fluid to a work piece and a working point, and efficiently cooling the wire and a groove roller to improve the working accuracy of the work piece. SOLUTION: In this wire saw 1, while the working fluid 10 is fed to the reciprocating wire 2, the work piece 8 is vertically pressed to the wire 2 to cut the work piece. The wire saw includes a driving means 20 for periodically moving the wire 2 or the work piece 8 in the vertical direction in cutting the work piece 8, thereby feeding the working fluid 10 to the working point. Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To optimally rupture a ductile metallic material regardless of an experience of maintenance personnel. SOLUTION: This rupture method of a ductile metallic part ruptures the ductile metallic part by driving a wedge 15 in a half-split type mandrel via a hydraulic actuator 20, by fitting the half-split type mandrel 13 to a through-hole of the ductile metallic part having the through-hole. The ductile metallic part is ruptured by managing an expansion speed or expansion acceleration of the through-hole expanded by the mandrel up to finishing rupture from a start of the rupture. A rupture process detecting plate 23 is desirably installed on a piston 22 connected to the wedge of the hydraulic actuator. A moving speed or acceleration of the wedge is successively detected up to finishing the rupture from the start of the rupture via the rupture process detecting plate. This detected data is recorded. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a breaking device for a connecting rod, thereby finely cracking and a manufacturing method of a broken connecting rod. SOLUTION: This breaking device of connecting rod includes: first and second support members 31, 32 for supporting a connecting rod 100 disposed on a base 30 for placing the connecting rod 100 to be movable in the separating directions from each other; a pair of mandrel half parts 41, 42 respectively suspended from the support members 31, 32, the respective outer peripheral surfaces of which abut on and fit to the inner surfaces of opening parts of the large end parts; a wedge 25 equally separating and expanding the mandrel half parts from each other; an actuator 21 for applying load to the wedge; and energizing means 33, 34 for separating the first support member and the second support member from each other in the non-contact state of the wedge and the mandrel, thereby respectively pressing the mandrel half parts to the peripheral surfaces of opening parts of the large end parts of the connecting rod. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust gas cleaning equipment in which the height of a baffle plate can delicately be adjusted stably with ease and the baffle plate fitting strength is improved. SOLUTION: This exhaust gas cleaning equipment is provided with: a cylindrical frame 10 communicating with a ventilation duct 20 provided with an exhaust fan; a perforated plate 30 arranged at the bottom of the frame 10; a liquid vessel 50 which is arranged below the plate 30 and in which a liquid A is stored; a baffle plate 40 which is inserted into the vessel 50 from the outer wall of the frame 10 and fixed to the outer wall of the frame 10 by screws; and a height adjusting means 90 arranged on the outer wall of the frame 10 for adjusting the lower end of the plate 40 relative to the liquid level of the liquid A by the forward and backward movement of the screw.
