Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fine needle shape projection which has, in particular, a most distal end formed into a micro sharp needle shape, by remedying transfer defect of the fine needle shape projection by injection molding. SOLUTION: The diameter of the fine needle shape projection 8 is successively reduced in a stepwise fashion from a base part 8a to an upper part 8d and the most distal end 8f at the upper part is in a sharp needle shape. The cavity 5 of a die 2 is formed by successively reducing the diameter forming a plurality of steps around from a base part 5a opened to a parting surface 2a to the backmost part 5e, the backmost part is a recessed part 5e in a conical shape, and an area I including the cavity is heat-insulated at or above the glass transition point of a material. By concentrically and continuously forming the plurality of recessed parts in a cylindrical shape where the diameter of the steps of the cavity is successively reduced, air successively flows into the cavity from the parting surface when releasing the mold, a vacuum state is maintained to the last at the most distal end 8f to be released from the die last, and it is formed into a micro sharp needle shape by transfer adhesive strength. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a tooth skipping phenomenon by applying a selector gear on a part of a panel opening and closing structure and controlling an oscillating range of a selector gear with a simple constitution. SOLUTION: The opening and closing mechanism of a movable panel is composed of a driving motor, a decelerating mechanism connected with the driving motor, the selector gear 36 engaged with the decelerating mechanism, a driving shaft connected with the selector gear 36, and a link mechanism connected with the driving shaft. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for adhering a luminous coating-protecting film, by which strong adhering force can be ensured to a luminous coating layer, and to provide a luminous coating coated plate. SOLUTION: This luminous coating coated plate 10 comprises a base sheet 11, a luminous coating layer 12, an adhesive layer 13, and a transparent base material 14. The base sheet 11 is a film, paper or the like used as a basis of the luminous coating coated plate 10, and the luminous coating layer 12 comprises a luminous pigment, a urethane coating and the like. The luminous pigment is a general pigment containing a fluorescent substance or phosphorescent substance. The urethane coating comprises a urethane main agent and a urethane-curing agent.
