Abstract: 식품내 잔류농약의 추출소요시간을 대폭 단축시킨 잔류농약 추출방법에 대해 개시한다. 이 추출방법은 a) 일정량의 분석시료에 아세토니트릴을 혼합하여 균질화하는 단계와. b) 균질화된 분석시료에 염화나트륨을 첨가하고 원심분리하여 농약이 함유된 아세토니트릴층을 분리하는 단계와, c) C
18 이 함유된 여과지에 증류수를 공급한 후 층분리된 아세토니트릴층을 여과지에 공급하는 단계와, d) 증류수 및 아세토니트릴층을 감압하여 여과시키는 단계와, e) 여과단계 후에 여과지 하부에 용기를 위치시키고 여과지에 아세톤이 함유된 핵산을 공급하는 단계와, f) 핵산을 감압하여 여과하는 단계를 포함하여서, 여과지에 흡수된 잔류농약이 핵산에 의해 용해되면서 추출되도록 한다. 이러한 방법은 유기용매(아세토니트릴)로 농산물 중 잔류된 농약을 추출하고 추출용매에 증류수를 가하여 친수성으로 전환하여 여과지를 통과시켜 잔류농약을 추출함으로써, 우수한 정제효과를 발휘함은 물론 농축과정을 없애 이 과정에서의 분석물질 손실을 줄이고, 분석소요시간을 절약할 수 있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for extracting remaining agricultural chemicals in food is provided, thereby improving extraction efficiency, removing concentration process to reduce the separation time, and reducing the separation cost. CONSTITUTION: The method for extracting remaining agricultural chemicals in food comprises the steps of: (a) adding acetonitrile into a sample and homogenizing the mixture; (b) adding sodium chloride into the homogenized mixture and centrifuging the mixture to separate an acetonitrile layer containing agricultural chemicals; (c) supplying distilled water to C18 containing filter paper and filtering the separated acetonitrile with the C18 containing filter paper; (d) filtering the distilled water and acetonitrile layer under reduced pressure; (e) supplying acetone containing hexane to the filtered filter paper; and (f) filtering the hexane under reduced pressure.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供食品中剩余农药的提取方法，提高提取效率，去除浓缩过程，减少分离时间，降低分离成本。 构成：食品中剩余农药的提取方法包括以下步骤：（a）向样品中加入乙腈并使混合物均质; （b）将氯化钠加入均质混合物中，离心分离含有农药的乙腈层; （c）向含C18滤纸提供蒸馏水，用含C18滤纸过滤分离的乙腈; （d）在减压下过滤蒸馏水和乙腈层; （e）向过滤的滤纸中提供含丙酮的己烷; 和（f）减压过滤己烷。
